    The computer itself is great. However, I received the computer without the power adaptor and power cord. It also only has 2 USB port and the information online said 3. I bought this particular computer because I wanted 3 ports. Because I live overseas, there was no way to return it. I was compensated for the power cord/adaptor but it also was time consuming to find the correct one and then wait for someone who was coming this way to bring it.

    I use this laptop for my office work and I have installed a couple fo vms and literally i dont see any lag.Battery backup , display is good and as promised.I was using a mac and of course it took some time to get used to the keyboard.No heating issues either.I would suggest it as a good value for money.
