This is a great laptop and I have never had any major issues with it. The system is fast and provides more than enough memory. I love hp computers and best buy provided it at a great price

I was excited to try this laptop when I bought it. But when I got home, the wifi adapter did not work. Disabled and enabled it and nothing! Had to return it. They gave me a new laptop but the screen was a bit damaged. It seems like a pressure point but it is very minimal.... Almost unnoticeable. But I tried to return it and best buy said they cant take it back! Why!? Its not a big deal but it is an eye sore knowing its there. Anyway, the laptop itself works great! Just make sure nothing is wrong with it before taking it home!!!!

This HP touchscreen laptop is a very flexible product and priced very well compared with competitors. Large hard drive size, RAM speeds, and larger screen (15.6") for a tablet-like laptop is perfect for work or for fun.

If you want the best small computer, Buy the Envy HP laptop. Buy at Best Buy and ask for Joe in computer dept. or his twin. Knows everything about the computers.

My husband enjoys this 2-in-1 laptop with touch screen. I have never seen him use it as a tablet, nor have I seen him use the touch screen...but he takes it to work with him so perhaps he uses it differently there.

Geek squad installed wrong profile and had to totally redo my computer. Stil having problems with some programs. Will have to make yet another appointment with Geek Squad.

It takes about thirty minutes for application store to open. Guess i'll have to it back in to Best Buy to figure out the problem. It has done this since out of the box.

I love how its both laptop & tablet makes it where you don't have to carry 2 things around

Love my intel core HPs! Bought 2 at the same time for my family. Not sure I like the default 'e' so i will have to play around with that. The 2in1 feature is awesome!

I have a problem on where to put my internet plug since there is no slot that will fit my telephone plug in the computer. I think it only comes with wireless Wi Fi.

Bought this laptop for my daughter going to college. Lots of features all for a great price. She especially loves the flip design which makes it convenient for viewing shows or making presentations.

I needed to replace an older laptop. This HP has a very nice keyboard and screen. It is very easy to use. The Geek Squad did an excellent job in setting it up for me. It came loaded with Windows 10.

I just got this laptop and so far I am very impressed. I am trying to get used to Windows 10, not really a big fan right now, but the laptop is very fast.

This is my 5th Laptop and my second HP. I wish the others had been HP's like this one! Love Windows10. Love the backlit keyboard. In fact I can't think of anything about it that I don't like.

I love HP products. This is my second HP laptop. The first one lasted 10 years and it was still working great when I traded up for this one.

Love every aspect about this laptop, especially the 2 in 1 feature. Only part that sucks is that there's no cd drive so you'd have to get an external one

Problems with the applications It keeps on letting me update or the fonts and logo moves. Some of the setting instruction are hard to follow.

Like almost everything so far. Wish keys would have darker color instead of neutral matt finish same as key board. Easy to use and set up. works well.

Everything else works perfectly fine. Having some software issues, especially with Windows Store not working, since the day I have bought the laptop.
