Great product overall. Just beware that flipping the screen back and forth constantly actually loosens it a little when not paying attention.

I have been using hp products since 2011 and haven't looked back since. I am always in the market for the latest updates and hp has not failed me yet. HP user for life !!!

This computer serves its purpose, however, it can be a slow performer. It has some hang-ups and takes its own sweet time occasionally.

It works perfectly for what I need. love the 360 rotational screen. Wouldn't recommend getting the silver. Dirt is very noticeable

The specs are perfect for me editing photos. Primarily used for work. I have had no problems. I handle my gadgets with extreme care and it helps in the long run.

I wanted a laptop to review and edit my photos away from my desktop. I chose this model because of the processor, and the screen. So far it has not let me down.

Purchased this for my son and he loves it! Had an issue with connecting to internet so it had to be exchanged. So far so good!

I had purchased an Asus computer and had problem after problem. Returned it and purchased the HP computer; a much more superior computer. I am very pleased.

This laptop is used for a college student. It has worked well and hopefully lasts awhile. It was a bit pricey!!

Love that it can be a computer and also a tablet. Little difficult to set up if you don't know a lot about computers

I really wanted this HP to work. However, I am over the frustration and will return it a second time. I purchased the first one and had a severe case of "ghost typing." This is when you open the screen and suddenly, it appears like something is touching the touchscreen. This last between 1 to 3 minutes. You cannot move the mouse, and where ever the event occurs, the items beneath it are activated as if I was touching it. I called HP customer support and after one hour, I was told to send in my HP and they would replace it. Fortunately, I had the common sense to return the item to Best Buy after one week. I called my local BB and spoke to a Geek Squad Rep. He stated he knew about the issue and the problem was the cable that goes from the keyboard to the touchscreen may become dislodged or simply break. When you look at the hinges, they are small! This validated what the Rep stated. Again, BB came through for me and the exchange was simple and quick. I brought my new HP home and spent another hour of my life setting it up again. My hopes and prayers were quickly destroyed when the "ghost typing" began again. I spent about 3 hours looking for a solution online. From deactivating the quick start feature in Windows 10, to restarting the HP when it did it. For $999.00, this is not worth the effort, energy, or time. I am disappointed that HP Support did not give me an honest answer from the beginning because online, this "ghost typing issue" is not new and plagues HP touchscreens. I am returning and purchase another brand. If it happens again, I will simply cross to the "dark side" and buy an Apple product. I wish I could give NO STARS. For the record, I am in my 40's and I am tech savvy. I am neither a novice or an idiot. I researched the issue and could not solve it for a few hours. I spoke to a good friend who builds computers from scratch and agreed that the steps I took point to a flaw in the equipment. 2 strikes is enough for me. I am typing on this HP for the last time and will return in the morning.

This laptop is everything I expected it to be. Super pleased with it. Service at the store was great too!

My dad needed a second portable computer to look for jobs outside of the house. He has no problems with this computer & finds it very useful.

Computers are strictly subjective; it all depends on what your needs are. This computer will fit you needs if your looking for something for school or surfing the internet. I'm a gamer, so as a a gamer this computer does not fit all my needs. I would still recommend this computer to everyone out there.
