we went through 3 of these before deciding to try another brand...had issues with all three, we kept exchanging hoping it was just a fluke but it most certainly wasn't...def wont be trying this one again

So far its been good to me. I got it as a replacement from the slightly order version (core i5 model). The colors are clearer and crisp. Hasnt given me any problems. Lets hope it stays tht way forever.

I bought this online as a gift to my father and have it deliver to a hotel where my friend currently stays so that she can bring it to Saudi Arabia. She doesn't have time to open and check the item since her flight back home is the next day. When my father received the gift he is so excited to open the box only to find out that it is an open box and it has a lot of scratches on it!!!! I ordered a NEW one but they sent an opened box! worst ot has scratches everywhere!!! I immediately called best buy and after talking to her and explaining to her everything, she put me on hold and after awhile she told me that, since i cannot return the item because it is in saudi arabia and since they accidently sent a wrong item they will give it for FREE! she told me that i will have a refund in 3-5 days. after a week or so i check my credit card activity online to check if i got my refund but it is still there. I called best buy again and he said it is still under investigation. After two days I called again and He said that they cannot give the laptop for free! I asked if he can just extend the return policy since my sister for saudi arabia is travelling here in the US she can bring and return the item he said no, and he can't help me! the only thing he can say is SORRY!!! frustrated i called best buy again and after calling them 4x she said she can just extend the return policy! I just hope that next time they follow a policy because it is so frustrating that i received a wrong item, worst you call them and asked for help only to make things worst because everytime you call them you end up more frustrated.

HP laptop are one of my best laptops i had but this one had some problems with ten keys and touch screen , but best buy returned and also exchanged it for me with no problems

The computer is warped after less than a week and never leaving the house. Company will not replace or repair even though it is only a week old.

Nice laptop but found out that the fan can be loud which is apparently a known hp defect. It works great but just have to get used to the fan

This is a pretty good notebook. I added more memory and installed a SSD hard drive and now it is very fast. The touchpad, however, is awful.

The speakers are not working after 1 year and runs slow after windows 10 came out, don’t buy this product

I've only used the laptop once for an extended period of time. I run scratch live and so far so good. It's yet to be determined.

I like HP, however this one had some issues with turning off. Since it was only first week, I exchanged it for ASUS.
