This laptop is well built with backlit keyboard. I like the tablet foldout feature.

I like how light and how friendly user it is. I recommend it to college students.

I did a lot of research prior to my HP purchase and I am glad that I chose this computer over the other ones that were similar. It is very portable, the screen resolution is clear, it is very fast and it was easy to learn. There are a lot of tutorials available in case you have questions and there was a "setup" guide included that helps you figure out the features on the computer quickly.

I purchased this laptop as I went off to college to use for all my coursework. I've had it for about a year and a half and keep discovering small problems. Nothing really major but on of the things I noticed is sometimes the audio driver will stop working and in order to make it work again, you have to restart. Other than that and couple other small nuances, this is a great computer!

I bought this laptop right before I was going to college. It is nice and cheaper compared to what other people were buying. I like how it flips all the way back. But sometime when there is a glitchy update this laptop just goes to a random black screen and has to be restarted in order for it to start working again.

I love my new 2 in 1. It. Took a couple of days to get the basics but that was only because I have not used Windows 10 before. But it doesn't seem to be lacking any power when it comes to processor speed.

First new computer in many years. There are so many new features that I love, the touch screen, the back lit keyboard, the blue tooth capability, the two in one feature and on and on. The only thing I miss having in the built in DVD/Blu-Ray player. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

I absolutely love this laptop. It's lightweight and easy to use.

Has all the bells and whistles you would expect for a new Win10 laptop. The only things that were missing that I would have expected for this price are: no CD/DVD, no LAN/Ethernet port, only 2 regular USB ports. Sure, there are workarounds if you don't have these items But why should you have to ?

I use computers at work but first lap used and first at home.. My husband is not a typer or real computer user was just a hunt an peck person but this has so many options he has picked it up fast and enjoys using it. We both would highly recommend it. We have no complaints to date, we are about a month in and using it like we have had it forever.
