Light up keyboard - great! Speaker sound - awesome! Touch screen - very nice! Processing power ( start up/power down, multi tasking, ECT...) - pretty quick! Video editing/sound recording and mixing/video games - terrible! I needed something low budget but could handle editing. The specs were great in this range but in real world testing it failed. I literally set it up in minutes, loaded my video editing and 10 minute clip was already getting super choppy and hard to process. Then I moved on to audio software, same issue. Finally decided to try gaming but it doesn't meet the requirements for any game, no matter the settings. It's great for online use (classes, zoom, business office use, ect) but not for the things I needed. It's honestly great for what it is and if your a student or business owner looking for something that looks great and is pretty quick for those things, I recommend. But not a workstation type laptop.

We bought this for our daughter for her first year of college. It's lightweight, fast, and very user-friendly. She absolutely loves it! Would highly recommend.

Bought for my wife to work from home. She loves the capabilities of the laptop. If you are running more than two programs, the fan will be on and it has a distinct high pitch sound on top of the normal fan noise. Very annoying, even from across the room. Had I known about it before the the 15 day return, it would have gone back. She has only ever worked on desktops or an ipad so she did not know it was abnormal. Again, great unit except for the noise.

A bit heavier then I expected but over all its very nice. Light up keyboard is great, touch sceen and the keyboard layout is great. Haven't had any issues yet.

The computer looks good. It's a bit heavy for my taste, but it gets the job done. The only thing I dislike is the fan sound that it continuously makes.

I wanted a new laptop that combined the best of everything. This one has it all! Lightweight, easy to maneuver, touchscreen, the list goes on & on!

I use it for work at home and so far it performs very well. I’ve had HP 2 in 1’s before and have been very happy with them. The only thing I had to get used to was the power button being moved from the side of the laptop to next to the delete key on the keyboard and the “prt sc” function moved down to the right shift key. Besides that oddity, the laptop is quiet, fast and a pleasure to work with. The screen has nice colors with great resolution at 1920x1080. The 512GB SSD Drive is the right size for me for storing photos, videos and software development tools.

I purchased it for college study, very fast and easy to use. Not too heavy and easy to carry it around from classrooms to library. Touchscreen is awesome.

I am used to using an IPad so I love the fact that the screen is a touchscreen. It had a slim design and is light weight to make transporting easier.

Computer is fast. Able to run large spreadsheets but fan noise is a little annoying but not too bad

BEST BUY IS THE WORST; BOUGHT TWO OF THESE COMPUTERS WHICH WE LOVE;; HOWEVER, THE WEBROOT (OUR ANTIVIRUS THAT WE BUY FROM BEST BUY) IS NOT INSTALLED. We spent over $1700 for 2 laptops and they said it would be atlest three weeks for an appointment with the geek squad. Tried calling today for over 2 1/2 hours and finally got thru (think to India) for Tech support and she said that her system is down and I;d have to call back in about a half hour. j STILL NO PROTECTION ON THESE COMPUTERS. WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN; HAD IT WITH YOU!!!!

I am going to be a freshman in college and I will be taking online classes. The amount of storage space is perfect for downloading textbooks and class syllabi. The programs I need to use run smoothly and load quickly. The x360 feature allows me to sit however I want and be able to see the screen easily. The touch screen is amazing for when I decide to write my notes on the laptop. The graphics are great for watching Netflix in the dorm after class.

good laptop in general, fast Intel processor, enough internal memory and the extra of having a touch screen. Quite robust but a bit heavy.

Recently replaced my chrome book with this. Forgot how much I loved a real computer. For the price it is fantastic and love having a touch screen!

Although the fan is a bit loud it’s not as loud as I thought it would be other than that fast, great screen view, and good for programming!

The switch from laptop mode to the tablet mode is very smooth. I am a student and it goes along well with my work. Having multiple applications is not a problem and neither is writing notes. The processor and memory boosts the laptop speed. The only problem is, the fan can be a little loud while it is charging. The camera is great and the option to turn camera, microphone off through keyboard is just great. The fingerprint sensor works well. The large trackpad can be handy for selecting items in one stretch. Overall, it's a great product!

I like the sturdy body, the speed, great resolution, responsive touchscreen and great sound; very much dislike the overclicking it does on it's own for ads as I move over them (Google it seems to be a common problem?), and the heat and periodic noise. I also don't think it's safe to have on your lap without a barrier. Also dislike that the fingerprint feature fails to recognize my fingers more than it works, have to use pin most of the time so what's the point? So far over all I like it though!
