    I do not recommend anyone purchase this laptop. I had it for less than 1 month when the fan started getting loud and staying on constantly. There is this constant kind of high-pitched whirring that I can hear across the room (and beyond) when the laptop is on. The sound doesn’t go off. I thought maybe I had a dud and sent it back to HP twice for repairs. HP finally decided to refund my purchase (minus $100). I didn’t have this problem with my previous HP. The repair rep said the 360 is louder than other laptops. It’s too loud for me.
