I absolutely love this 2 in 1 laptop!! I adore the design/style, weight, and speed. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of one nagging design flaw. You can’t wake the device up in tablet mode. You have to flip it back over every time and sign in first, then flip it back. Not a big deal, but buttons on the side would’ve been more convenient. I researched that it could possibly be fixed with a BIOS update.

Very good quality product , very durable and not too heavy. The 2 in one feature is probably the best part, because school is so heavily based online now it is very convenient to take notes on. The battery life is pretty good, however it depends on how bright you like your screen as well as if you like the light up keyboard function. It charges very quickly as well. Overall the speed of it is great and have no complaints about it.

Dies pretty quick and gets hot fast. Other than that everything else it wonderful. Bright and colorful.

Replaced an older HP Envy with this one and I couldn't be happier. The 32G Optane allows it to start up almost immediately. Great Wi-Fi connectivity and great response time for everything I've opened thus far. Touch screen versatility is also a big plus. It also picked up all my email history from the cloud. The only minus is there are only two USB outlets and none for my older model external monitor (I'll have to get an adaptor for that).

Nice display. Keys look small and SURFACE-y in the picture, but they are actually very comfortable to use and seem like they will hold up over time. Machine is comfortable and powerful enough to easily serve as desktop replacement. Has kill-key for easily toggling off camera. Slim and light ... would probably be a good idea to protect it with something more than just a thin sleeve if hauling it up and down the road on a regular basis.

Easy to set up and start using. Camera, microphone and touchscreen work well. Love the size and weight.

Love love love this laptop!! It's been 7 years since I bought one and I'm not a computer wiz so wasn't sure what to buy. I was taking on line classes for real estate and desperately needed a new laptop. Best Buy was very helpful in helping me decide. This laptop is so light weight and perfect size. Very easy to use! Love the touch screen and lighted keyboard! And plenty of storage!! Has everything I could possibly need!

Seemed like a great computer and I had read great reviews on it, but immediately after I got it in the mail it was having trouble with the fan. It sounds like it's getting ready to take off for space. The screen will also go completely black when it has been on for too long, such as back to back Zoom meetings, but I can still hear everything going on and once it is powered down and on again everything reappears. Also, I bought it on sale at Best Buy, and when I was having the problems I took it to Geek Squad only to be told I should return it but I wont get as good of a computer because I paid so little for this one, so that was fun.

I came to Best Buy to replace an iPad Pro that I had broken. My intentions were to just buy a basic tablet with a large screen, but all of the screens were small. Sam saw me looking around and offered to help me. He helped me through all the different options available to fit what I wanted. I ended up buying a laptop/tablet combo for the price of a new iPad Pro. This was an awesome buy that made sense for what I wanted. Thanks Sam!

I like the style and design. For it to be 15.6in computer, it doesn’t seem big. It’s fast. I like it.

my daughter set the computer up in 30 minutes, has been using it ever since. Easy to use, lightweight.

I really like my new laptop I would love if is lighter weight and comes with a touch screen.

I haven't been able to use it very much, but have been pretty impressed so far. I just wish it had a bigger screen. I had to settle for 15.6 instead of 17.3 due to the expense. Despite the smaller screen, it has incredible resolution. Everything is very sharp, clear and bright. One thing I don't like is that it's very noisy. When the fan kicks on, it sounds almost like a motorized model plane.
