We had to take back the laptop we bought due to a loud constant beeping sound it made. We were able to exchange for a new one.

Looks good on paper. Set it up and left it alone. Next day it started with errors and it’s in a constant error message loop. Trying to reset it and it always gets stuck at 4 or 5%. Zero use of the computer so far, just frustration. Only good thing is I got it on sale. At least I didn’t pay full sticker price for a waste. The many good reviews suggest I just got a lemon. But that’s the experience so far.

I purchased a demo of this. It took them over 4 hours to "clear" this when normally it takes 15 min. to an hour. I should have known then that something was amiss! When I brought it home to set it up it gave me some error message that was supposed to be temporary while it fixed whatever issue. The message stayed there all night and into the next day when I returned it to the store

Took to long to get my pc back. Got an internet virus week after had it, spent a ton Of money so that wouldn't happen.

would not reccomend if you want your money's worth. looks nice but screen had problems blacking out from purchase date until death date. was used for two years during college. its hinge pops out from opening and fliping for use how it is designed. would not spend a dollar again

It was very hot and then it shut down easily.....if i wouldn't recommend it

I purchased this Envy at Best Buy & it started freezing starting on day 17. By the end of week 3 it was freezing everytime I tried to present to my class. Of course it started to malfunction just outside of Best Buys exchange period! I wouldn't recommend at all the purchase or the place because of small window of exchange-i should've read the fine print! Buyer be aware!

Had internet problems with it and the fan is super loud...Took it back...

Bought a brand new one and lasted 30 mins, laptop just automatically shut off and died laptop stopped receiving power (Charging). Returned it for a new one and lasted 1 day. Once again Laptop powered off and stopped receiving power from power supply. Returned again for money back. Nice laptop but piece of crap, don’t waste money on this product this laptop needs to be recalled.

Took a chance on a non-Apple product and 100% disappointed. Bought this for my daughter (9 years old and first laptop). Worked well for about six months and nothing but problems since---blue screen, issues logging in, and now at the point of a system reset. Overall, nothing but problems that no one has time to deal with.

It’s an OK computer. I’m a little disappointed in customer service.

HP ENVY had initial problems in October which Geek squad fixed but within 3 months of expired warranty, had all kinds of problems. Do computers only last a year now? Woukd not recommenf. Will soend more time with Geek Squad than with computer and gas to get it there!!

HP Envy X360 15.6 Touch Screen is was a total failure for me. After just over a year (warranty out) the screen when black and the computer won't event turn on Do NOT purchase this...Junk I would give it a zero if I could. Expensive...now I read that this happens to a lot of people.

I had problems with this computer. It was slow to load, and had issues with the touch screen. I replaced it thinking I just got a lemon. The 2nd one was no better. Same slow load speed and while the issues with the screen were different, it still didn't work properly. I returned for refund and will get a different computer.

Purchased this computer as a reconditioned model. Had to return to the store because they had not did not clean sweep it properly. Had to return a second time due to the equalizer not working.Geek squad looked at it and said they couldn’t repair it. They said my options were to keep that computer or get a new one.

I loved this at first-but after 2 years, the video card went back-it was blurry, etc...so geek squad said to fix-it was over $300 and they would need my laptop for almost 5 weeks... Seems a little young to have these problems.

The laptop is only 2 months old and apparently the battery and/or motherboard is fried and the laptop is out for service for at least a month. This is my first HP device and I regret not sticking with Dell. Now my daughter does not have a laptop for school. I would give it zero stars but apparently I have to give it one.

Not what expected from bestbuy..investing a sum of money for brain wreck laptop hard to imagine... not working , not operating, not functional after a short period of time.... anyway, last time ever to choose an HP laptop never buy staff from BESTbuy...

2 years and now I have to replace it because one of the hinges malfunctions and the screen got damaged as a result. Repair costs make it better to better buy something else. Will give Dell or Lenovo a look now.

I got the computer to work one day long enough to download some browsers. The next time I went to use it the keyboard froze as well as the touch screen. I called asking for help. I was told to turn it off and restart it. They can not tell me how to do that with a screen and keyboard that do not work.
