Bad quality for this price $999 everything look cheap i return this product

After buying this not even even four months it started doing crash in every web browser then I took this to Best Buy then they sent to Geek Squad service center to fix it, they say that it’s motherboard problem, luckily I have manufacturer’ warranty, so I will never buy HP again

Great PC, but the 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane drive is not easily upgradeable. According to the Geek Squad Intel has discontinued the Optane drive and sold the plant that produced them.

I have bought over 12 of these for my company over the past year and within that time the speakers or cameras have failed. They suffer from slowdown as well after you reach the 30% memory mark. Stay away. Specs are way to good for a promising price point.

Honestly i loved my computer until i opened it to use and it DIED!! The motherboard burnt out, not sure how that happened, i always took great care of my computer and was shocked its brand new!! Plus i didnt take an extended warrenty!

Had the computer slightly over 30 days....... Closed the camera lens via the button on the computer. Unable to get it to open back up! Took it back to Best Buy 8/13. They had to send it back to HP. It is 9/1 and no word yet on when we will have it back!

I bought 2 of these and had the same problem with each unit. I charged them both to full charge and couldn't get it to turn on. It took about an hour for it to boot up. This happened repeatedly over a week's time so back to the store it went!

Hinge broke so can't open or close laptop, seems is a common problem for HP computers, do not buy!!!

After having laptop 2 weeks its already in shop. My son attends private school and had to get a loaner computer in the meantime. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received when it came to handling this situation.

So bummed. Not sure how screen cracked. Never dropped or crushed it. Oh well. The thing that gets me is it’s $577+ to replace screen. Not within the warranty. Paid $1200+ now it’s junk. Thanks for nothing.

It stpped working in less than 2 years. This is a cheap product. I will never buy any hp product in my life. They want to make extra money in the name of maintenance.

The way it came partitioned was incorrect and was causing space problems. HP was going to charge a fee to fix it, cause that issue isn't under warranty. I returned the laptop, needless to say.

Stopped working after 11 months. Was still under warrantee and was sent back twice. Was told it was repaired both times and both times came back not working

I saw this laptop and since I didn't have one, I purchased it, but it was bad. There was very bad Loud noise coming from under the laptop. So I returned it the next day and I was very disappointed.

i buy laptop more 10 time online Nd in store by debit card and once cash. And best buy told ms. Confirmed. And after one minute we couldn't verify your info What can i do to buy the laptop please

I purchased this on Friday and not even a week of purchase it shut down in the middle of checking emails and wouldn't turn back on. Geek squad couldn't even turn back on. I received a full refund.

I have had problems with my firmware since purchasing....and have to spend time with HP's VERY non-empathetic support team. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Relying on fingerprint technology, we ignored the requests pin code (We had already established a password). We now have unable to use the commuter as calls for pin code.

cant speak to the content as much as it was difficult to see past the color of keys and back lit keys =useless. i returned it and bought something black with proper backlit keys

Died on day one! Got the laptop, upgraded windows and it started a rebooting loop and could not do a recovery. Kept looping so I returned and bought a Macbook Pro. Don’t buy.
