    Great laptop, fast, reliable and tablet option is terrific.Big downside, the hinge broke on 20 th 2023 and difficult to open and close without causing further damage to screen. A real bummer! Bought in 2020. I would purchse again if HP resolves the hinge issues on their laptops.But not if hinge issues continue. This is the secong HP I bought with the same hinge problem.

    Best laptop I've had and its lasted me pretty long (4 years) although I dropped it within the first year and needed multiple repairs over the years. It never worked the sime since then, but it was still pretty good.

    Okay, I love everything about this laptop. Its sleek enough to fit in your bag, big enough to have plenty of space to work with multiple windows. Ive had this laptop for 4 years now and honesty I just want an updated version. I dont even want to find a different computer.

    Overall, great laptop, used it for 4 years and barely any issues until recent system update, the sound went out. The visuals and speed were impressive, battery life was decent. I would definitely buy again.

    This laptop worked amaizng for the past 4 yeats i gave had it. Worked solidly without hicup and was very versatile and sleek. Loved it. Just bought the new 16 inch version to teplace since i dropped it. Lol amazong laptop!!!

    This one is so much faster than the others I’ve had. It’s thin, light and very fast. I love the touchscreen feature. This is my go to for home use and perfect for traveling on business.

    It ran too slow for me and it wasn’t what I needed as a video editor and college student. I returned it for a MacBook Pro 2020. This would not be for the working professional, in my opinion. I feel like this should be purchased for a child or as they told me also in the store, a gamer.
