My son Mac stopped working and was in dier need of a new laptop for school. I researched and saw this one and got it for a great price as well. Its a touch screen and flips as well like a tablet, which I had no idea it did. He is absolutely enjoying the features along with the graphics and ability to do school work and gaming on there as well. Awesome choice.

I love this computer as this was my replacement for my previous computer in which the screen scattered because of a broken hinge. I love this computer and keeps up with everything I have including school work! The one problem I have noticed is the fan is loud when on the charger. This issue goes off and on. Overall, the computer works great!

This laptop was a great size and has alot of good features. The camera was a bit blurry for my taste and when charging while using it would over heat. Short battery life. While on zoom meetings it would glitch a few times. Aside from these defects everything else was perfect

Very user friendly, light weight and I love that I can change from laptop mode to tablet mode! I opted for the model with the fingerprint lock and I feel that was another decision maker for me! I’m able to do all of my school work and household needs with ease. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone, even those less etch savvy than others!

This is not the easiest computer to navigate. In general the computer has nice features for the price. For the novice computer person you have to know how to get to the online manual to figure out what’s what to get where you want to be. I’ve had many computers in my lifetime and I never needed help to get started but with this one I did.

I've been looking for a laptop for a while now, I couldn't make up my mind until I finally went to best buy just for the sake of comparing different prices but when saw this laptop I find everything I was looking for in a laptop. Speed, performance, battery life, resolution. Just exactly what I've been looking for.

I love this laptop. I am able to teach from home using Google classroom. It has a good camera and decent speaker that I was able to see and hear all my students clearly. The touch screen is a nice feature and helps move with ease. I recommended this laptop to 4 of my fellow teachers who also loved it.

I was looking for a quick and efficient laptop to replace my old HP laptop. So far, I could say it is a great laptop for college students. I have noticed that the sound it's better than my old computer. However, one bad thing is that it is a little noisy from the fan and the gums under the laptop are not "high" enough to let the air circulate.

This is quite possibly one of the best Laptops I’ve owned. I had a brand new 2019 MacBook Pro before this and when I started having to run several programs for school (I am a junior in college), I noticed it was lagging a bit. This laptop run very well and I love the touchscreen/table capabilities. I highly recommend this product for college kids.

Bought this computer about 1.5 months ago and it has everything I need to work, study and Sunday Zoom Calls with the family from all over the world. Still getting used to the keyboard and the mouse pad being so close to where I rest my hands, but overall this is a GREAT purchase. It has all that I need and is superfast. Glad I purchased it!

I like this Laptop, the reason for the 4 stars is because the laptop gets Extremely overheated And it’s a bit scary. The overheating started this week, a month after I purchased the laptop. I had to buy a fan to cool it down because I thought it was going to fry. The fan works and it keeps cool. FYI I have the laptop on 9 hours a day.

The picture quality of this computer is great! I love being able to rotate the screen 360 degrees and the battery life has been great so far! I will say the only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the sound quality. The volume is not very loud when turned up all the way and the fan to cool off the computer is extremely loud!
