I bought this computer for the ssd drive, the Intel processor, memory and touch screen. I was happily surprised to find out that it had a 10 key and backlit keyboard. So this laptop had more than expected. I am soooooo happy with it. Ive bought 2 other laptops for my son....this is my first laptop for me and it fits my needs perfectly.

Sleek, fast, multi-task, and the backlit keyboard is the best

I needed a new laptop and this has everything I need. It was an open box so I saved a little money. Nice screen, easy to see. It only has 1 USB port, which I didn't realize until I got it home. Also the battery doesn't seem to last as long as advertised. It does everything I need so I'm happy with it.

Fast, reasonable price for the quality your getting

This thing even feels good to touch. Keyboard is not cramped. I love where the power button is, and that it only responds if you hold it down as the ones on the side are more easily mashed. Favorite computer ever for home use, light work, and online classes. Watching videos is also no problem, as you can hear without having to use earbuds.

The processing speed on this laptop is amazing; I’m so glad I upgraded! I love the feature that physically hides the camera just by pressing a button. Everything about this laptop is perfect: touch screen, tablet capabilities with the 360 flip, and the windows platform. The storage is also a plus. It’s definitely worth the money.

The computer is great. It's fast and very capable. But the installed software from MS is a monster pain in the butt. Make accounts that don't work because it wants to verify you own the account that will not open because it can't verify the account. Then there is some one drive thing that I want no part of but keeps popping up and 360 which I don't want or need but keeps trying to sell me. Every time I try to open a word file back to trying to sell office which is a yearly fee. I already have purchased through the years office 95, 98, xp, and then it stops working , NOT BUYING IT AGAIN. The other very annoying thing is you have to password, pin, or fingerprint or some other protection that I can't shut off. I hate having to enter some crap before it will open. My wife and I are the only ones that use this wonderful computer. It is an absolute pain in the butt every time we use the computer we have to enter some stupid number, just one more thing to slow down getting done computer work. And no we do not trust putting our fingerprint in the computer or sending all our information to some cloud or 1 drive where it just sits and waits to be hacked and then who knows.

Bought it for the nice specs. Does what it is supposed to do. Nice, 2 in 1 display to use as a large tablet if you're so inclined. Like the backlit keyboard for those dark times you're on-line. Only minor complaint is that I wish more manufacturers would make a matte display instead of the glossy one. I hate reflections in my screen.

Really amazing laptop! I went back and forth trying to find the right laptop and I'm so glad I chose this one. It has everything I need plus more. I know it is a 2-in-1 but I didn't really care for it. I do appreciate the fact that it has a backlit keyboard and a 10 key (numeric keypad). I would recommend this laptop!!

This laptop is everything I was looking for and more - I wanted the latest Intel processor, a touch screen, at least 12GB of RAM and a minimum of 512GB of storage on a solid state drive - it had it all - plus the graphics are incredible as well as the sound! One of the best laptops I have every owned - highly recommended.

Love it! This is my second laptop purchase in 3 months due to replacing older models of laptops to aid with home virtual learning for my kids. HP is a very reliable brand and the ease of use is fantastic. Love the Tablet feature and touch screen. Screen is nice and large, relatively thin device and easy to handle.

I primarily use for Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet. Great and affordable laptop, with 2-in-1 capabilities. Has good speed, clear screen and ease of use and setup. I was worried about ordering online and setting up myself but it all work well. No problems with shipping and setup. Working fine for the first month so far.

Love this laptop which I've had for a month. I like the ease of the touchscreen, the specifications, and its size which, for me, is the perfect balance between a portable laptop and a full-size, easy to type keyboard. Beautiful screen! I did a lot of research and am pleased with both the model and Best Buy's price. Worth it!

This is a new purchase and I neither benchmarked it nor used it a lot so far. I only use it for day-to-day news, email, etc. Display quality is good. Sound is decent for a laptop. Keyboard has a good feel. Aluminum case and overall heft make it feel substantial (it is a bit heavier than I expected).

This computer has been easy to use and reliable. I wish the screen could get brighter, it is a little dark even at the highest setting. The audio is also quiet at the highest setting, but I have heard this about a lot of HP laptops. I love the keyboard and the design of my computer though!

The slick design and audio/visual features of this device is extraordinary. I’ve had this product for some time now and no issues at all! I upgraded from a Dell intel i3 and the upgrade is astounding in terms of processing power, battery life, and audio. 100% recommended to everyone who intends to major in computer science.

I previously purchased for myself and recently gave it to my daughter and now I'm stuck looking for replacement and have not been able to find this same model. I like everything about it the full backlighted keyboard, and reasonable screen size.

amazing and great price for this laptop super fast

The HP-Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6 inch Touchscreen Laptop is very nice. The Inter Core i7 makes it very fast and the graphics are great. We really like being able to turn it to make presentations using the screen.
