This computer is great for my business. The only complaint is the battery life (lasts about 3 hours of continuous use) and the issue with the graphics driver forcing me to delete and go to HP and download the current version so that my brightness was adjustable again.

purchased this laptop so I would have the flexibility to use it while also watching TV, my old laptop was also an i7 core, but it was at least 6 years old (probably older) and it was no where near as fast as this one when using Lightroom and Photoshop. Not keen on having to pay for Office again.

I didn't realize I needed a new laptop. This computer is fast for internet searches, allow me to VPN into my desktop at work without issue and has plenty of things I still haven't tried or used. Computer seems robust and should last until it becomes obsolete 2-3 years down the road. Thanks HP.

Honestly a great laptop. I had a few issues after I first bought it, but after a few updates they pretty much went away. I use this laptop for real estate and photography work. I have had no issues with the performance even after almost a year of use.

I bought the HP Envy recently as a backup to my work laptop, and am very pleased with the size, features, and ease of setup. I’ve owned several laptops in the past, and found this model to be very affordable for what you get AND loaded with memory and speed to get the job done.

The HP envy is an excellent laptop with a built-in touch screen. I've really enjoyed the speed and quality graphics. I always prefer HP and it generally a great value. I was lucky to buy this before the Virus made it nearly impossible to find a nice laptop in in stock. Very happy so far.

I really enjoy this laptop. Very quiet. Touch screen is a great asset. The only complaint I have is that less than a year after I bought it, one of the speakers went out. Thankfully it was still under warranty and the manufacturer fully repaired for free

After research, I went around 30 miles and purchased this laptop (I thought it is Refurbished or used) where first day installations. Second day when i started laptop, started Fan sound on the top of the laptop, slowly it is increasing with in 10 mins annoyingly. I restarted the laptop and tried with different options to decrease the FAN noise but it is increasing as much as. So i thought to return and take it to store where the executives at DUBLIN store are asking questions like, when the sound occurs, where the sound occurs, how many minutes it will be, how it should be etc.. which is very bad customer experience. Where they switch on the laptop and found the FAN noise and agreed to return the laptop. And again the return bill is showing lesser amount which is not equivalent to the bill which i paid. When i questioned, they asked me to discuss with customer service. But i asked the reason where they didn't gave proper response. Finally other executive came and she adjusted the bill correctly. I never ever suggested best buy.

This was just the computer I needed to begin my college career with. It shipped super fast, and was easy to set up. It runs really fast and does not freeze up. I would recommend to anyone.

Great specs for the price, upgraded from a 4GB HP that was over 7 years old so it was a huge upgrade. Pros- Sharp looks, great specifications, excellent performance. Cons- Loud fan , no backlight keyboard. Overall a great machine if you want to stick with the windows platform

Sleek & lightweight with all the features required for home or business with all the bells & whistles. For me personally, I had a very old laptop with a larger screen so it is an adjustment especially using the new Microsoft office applications but should not be a deterrent for most.

I use this for business and love it. At home I use it as a desktop , hooked up to monitor to do billing and such. Out in the field I use it like a tablet and can have customers sign my proposals and email them a copy of paper work. Love the versatility of it and it’s just the right size.

I bought this HP Laptop because it is made by a reputable company. It works great; is light weight, has a touch wide screen, large letter key board, good speakers & is really fast. The only con is that it has No dvd/cd player. Price is moderate for an i7. Would recommend it to a friend.

I bought this computer for my son to use at school. He loves it! It is easy to use, fast, and has decent battery life. Very happy with this purchase! We were wondering if we should go with an Apple but HP has never disappointed me and I am glad we opted to get it. Great purchase!

The laptop is great, but the fan is really loud. None of the reviews that I read before purchasing mentioned this. While the sound of the fan is not much of a problem for me, I do know that other people find it annoying. But aside from that, I love this laptop.

This is a late update - Bought for my son to start college 2 years ago. It's been trouble free the whole time except a couple times for some reason the bitlocker security kicked in out of the blue? We never set it up to run. We wondered if Best Buy had messed with it (customer return?) and somehow set up bitlocker. Luckily, my son was able to figure out how to bypass it and it hasn't happened since. I've used HP Sceptre and Envy laptops for work in the past and I prefer them over Dell Inspiron and Latitudes. I'm personally currently running a Dell Precision which is the first Dell I actually am happy with. But its still a lot chunkier than this HP.

The speed and versatility of this laptop was the main reason I purchased it. It works even faster than I could imagine and it has a great battery life. It will go almost all day without needing a charge. I'd buy this again!

My client in jail loved watching the police body cams on this computer. It easily downloaded and played the videos with no trouble, the touchscreen made navigation easy and the battery life made it able to be used despite not having access to a power source in the interview room.

I am enjoying my Hp. Love the keyboard and it loads the pages so quickly. I read in a review that the fan was loud but compared to the others that I have had this is not that loud. Only thing I was not expecting is that is not as light as expected but otherwise I am satisfied

It is very fast! Fast on boot up and fast to use! So far everything that I've used has worked as expected including tablet mode. Some reviews said it had a loud fan noise but that only happens when it is in really high CPU usage. On normal use I don't even hear the fan.
