Nice, reliable, fast and light weight convertible laptop for home use. My whole family uses this laptop for a variety of jobs from streaming content to light gaming to Office applications, and it has been performing exceptionally. Very happy with this purchase.

The wife needed a new laptop so I went with this one after about a week of looking at a few in this size range (14"-15"). Her older Lenovo Yoga Pro is on the fritz, though that one has served her well for the past 5 or 6 years. So far this HP has been really nice. She doesn't really care about tablet mode so no big deal there. The screen, track pad, and keys are nice and typing on it is nice. The 1080p screen is a nice welcome since the Yoga had one of those ultra res screens and some apps didn't support it so they would look super small. I don't care for bloatware and thankfully this doesn't have much to uninstall. Overall a pretty good value for the money compared to other laptops with similar and even lesser specs. The only thing is that when it's closed, there's some flex in between the hinges. Not a big deal and I just happened to notice it. Shouldn't be a problem as neither of us would be squeezing it when it's closed.

Havent had it long but so far everything seems to be great. Just wish it would've came with a stylus or a keyboard cover when using it in tablet mode. It was easy an easy setup. I love i can use my fingerprint to log on and that I can synchronize my cell phone to my laptop.

Overall very happy with the purchase. The hardware/software has no problem keeping up with multiple office and school tasks; and my kids think its a great gaming computer as they play Minecraft with their friends. Really like the backlit keyboard when working in dark rooms.

I got a pretty good student deal on this computer thru the best buy student membership. I use this laptop for school, and it has not disappointed at all. I don't use it it tablet mode to much, because the size of the computer I chose makes it a little heavy, but I knew that going in after reviewing everything. I would much rather have a bigger screen to study with. The touch screen is nice, and the speeds are great. I use it every day and have not had an issue at all. The battery life is pretty good, although I don't have anything to compare it to. I'm not tech savvy at all, so this computer is perfect so far haha. I do wish it came in other colors, and it does get dirty easily. I may look into buying a skin for it to help protect it from scratches. (from my wedding rings, bracelets, accessories and cats who i can't keep off of it. I have been able to rub the scratches out so far, but I'm worried it will get a deep one one day.)

I would give this computer and overall good rating. Sometimes when the fan in the computer is going it is very loud and can be distracting. Other than the noise of the fan, it is an excellent computer, easy to use, and has all you need for whatever your needs may be.

This laptop is lightening fast and a great value. I've had for 6 months now and it's still working great. My only issue is the rubber pads on the bottom are beginning to come off. I think the speakers should be higher quality, but I almost always use my earbuds anyway.

I bought this on a deal for 700 which is absolutely fantastic but at 850 I believe this is still worth the money. The only negative this computer has is its limiting 250 nit screen. Its completely fine unless you are outside but still... its at the very low end of the spectrum.

This is good computer. I like the screen size and the touch screen. I’ve alway had Mac computers, so l am still getting used to navigating windows. The computer is a bit heavy and sort of bulky, but is sturdy. As others have noted, the fan can get a bit noisy.

Bought this laptop for my son who begins college this month. It was more than I wanted to spend, but seems like it will be perfect to get him through four years of school if not more. He’s very happy with it and loves the touch screen. Overall, glad I got him a solid laptop!

So far I haven’t had any issues with my laptop! Runs smooth and load times for programs like word and PowerPoint are fast. The option to turn off camera and mic are nice. The fan can be visibly heard at times but doesn’t last for long and not that loud compared to other laptops.

I normally don't write reviews, but have to admit that from all the cheap laptops y have bought trying to save money, this has been one of my favorites. I am so in love with this. So easy to use, i have children so I like that finger print unlock! I can't wait to buy my pen.

This was my first purchase of a HP product. The online transaction was fast and the representative was helpful. Visually the device is very pleasing to the eye- Sleek and Modern. I love the option of switching from tablet to computer mode. However, the device gets extremely HOT! So hot to the touch that I often have to revert back to my old faithful DELL. After researching this particular model there are several reviews that states overheating is normal for this device. With that being said, I’d invest in a product that doesn’t malfunction when used for an extended period of time or while charging.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter because she is taking 2 college classes during her senior year, she absolutely loves it! It's a whole lot faster than her previous laptop. Even when the WiFi is slow on our cell phones, the laptop doesn't skip a beat!

This is a perfect laptop for me and I got it on sale. It's so much faster than my old one that was about 4 years old. I will probably go with a 17" next time because this one is hard for me to see. I bought a 32" monitor so I usually don't care about the small laptop screen.

I bought this laptop for m husband as his finally died, IT was at an affordable price and offered a big bang for your buck. its very fast and quick to power up. No issues or complaints so far. He's enjoying this one much better than his previous one.

bought this for our daughter as bday gift and she is beyond excited. she set it all up on her own in about 10-15 minutes and has been on it pretty much every chance she gets since then! she loves it! she watches Netflix on it, games on it, talks to friends, etc, etc.

Good computer with internal storage, good battery life, easy to transport, fast speed, light for carrying, screen brightness is good, touchscreen works as expected. Tablet mood is plus too.

would recommend this product to those who need a touchscreen. This replace my older version with the sae operating capabilities. Not enough can be said for intel CorE i7. It cost more than I wanted but you get what you pay for and I am on computer literal.ly all day
