Customers are positive about the fast performance, touch screen, lightweight design, and reasonable price of the ENVY x360 laptop. They appreciate its speed, clear display, portability, and value for money. However, customers are negative about the fan noise, average battery life, weight, overheating issues, and limited number of USB ports. They mention that the fan can be loud during normal use, the battery life could be better, it is heavier than expected, it can overheat when charging while in use, and it could use more USB ports.

I am not a techie, lol, but I love this 2-in-1. Very easy to use, extremely fast, lightweight, and the list goes on. Definitely worth the price. The only drawback is that despite everything, it does not take screen shots.

Great laptop! It is fast and dependable. I am only doing things for home but it has been a great replacement of my 8 yr old laptop. The touch screen is wonderful. the sound is clear, and I have not had any trouble.

This laptop has amazing speed that allows you to have multiple screens open. This is beneficial when multitasking especially when it comes to school. There was some problem with the initial start up of the laptop but with customer support it was fixed quickly. Overall the price is a little high but this has great graphics and speed so it makes sense.

Bought to use in grad school and am loving the overall speed and simplicity of the computer. This was my first touch screen "2in1" and I was impressed by the tablet mode and microsoft ink software. Everything works as promised!

This is a good laptop however when the fan kicks on it should like a jet engine revving up which is very annoying. Battery life in terrible, about 3-4 hours of very passive browsing (no data work) and the keyboard is hard to read or see what the control buttons are, even at night using the lighted keyboard leaves little to be desired. I should have returned it but I missed the return time. I doubt this new laptop will last as long as my old HP Pavilion dv5 i3 Notebook PC that has all the bells and whistles including DVD/CD drive and many plug in ports.

Good laptop and should meet most every users needs. I am not the most computer savvy person so there was some difficulty in the set up. My first attempt was to use my current Microsoft office 365 and load it but ended up messing up and deleting some stuff from my other laptop. I ended up not using MS 365 and loaded a dedicated MS Office program. The ease of log-on is now good and the password is dedicated for this computer. When my current subscription ends I will do the same to my other laptop as well. Just too much hassle and continuous updates. When you get used to how a program works such as Word, it changes after the update. It took a while to personalize but all is good. Like the speed over previous computers.

Purchased this laptop for my son's HS graduation gift. It's lightweight, runs fast, is touch-screen, and will be easy for him to transport around the college campus once school reopens. Very pleased with this purchase.

I upgraded from my old hp laptop I've had for 8 years and this one seems lightning fast compared to that. I love the back-lit keyboard also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice computer.

I recently bought a Lenovo yoga for one of my kids that has basically the same stats as this laptop. The price was great and I tried to get a second one but the price had gone up quite a bit. So I found this HP Envy which was almost identical to the Yoga and the price was actually slightly less than I had paid for the Yoga. I was delighted to find that I like the Envy just as much as the Yoga and as a matter of fact the display is even better. Both machines are quick, lightweight, versatile (tent mode, tablet mode) and do everything that a high school or college student or teleworker could need. Absolutely no complaints and I recommend this Envy highly. I feel that the quality you get for the fair price makes the Envy a great deal.

I love this computer. I use it for home use and it’s been perfect for me. It’s a convenient size and weight so it’s easy to haul around. I opted for this model with the number pad on the right side but if I were choosing again, I’d skip that feature for a wider keyboard. I love the touch screen, too.
As an author, I use this primarily for writing and the usual internet access. As a textile artist, I have different design software on here for that purpose. This computer has met my needs and I love it.

This computer is very fast. Well worth the price. My employer implemented a new program and buffing time was ridiculous with my old laptop. This processor has little to no buffing time. Its amazing.

It’s a computer easy to use. I personally like touch screen so that was a big reason why I wanted this one. The battery life isn’t long so just be aware of that it’s not an issue for me.

So far very good. I don't like writing reviews this soon but decided to go ahead. It was easy to set up except it doesn't like iphones. Setting up some of the features that usr to wouldn't involve a phone does now. Like confirming its you on Google or your email and other things. It would not confirm on my wifes iPhone but no problem on my android. I probably should rate it lower for that but we wete able to deal with it but if that is something that matters to you you might want to look elsewhere. As far a speed it is nice. My wife does the laminating stuff and the software works great on it. No other problems to mention.

I always purchase only Apple products but I needed a laptop for work and my employer IT system is not really Apple friendly.
After researching I decided to purchase this laptop. Surprisingly it was easy to set up and I was able to add my subscription of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc that I already purchased with ease. Needed Citrix installed to access work related programs and again was easy to install. So far this laptop has met my needs. I don't believe I am going to say this but is some ways this is better than my Mac Pro. The screen is a touch screen and has fingerprint ID which I am accustomed with my iPad and iPhone. This is a great plus.
Overall I would recommend this laptop.

It's a good laptop. I love that its touch screen but the fan is LOUD and the battery life could be better but it gets the job done.
