Purchased for my spouse for Christmas as her old laptop was an i3 system over 7 years old. Overall good system performance. Fast startup, operation and shutdown. Handles Microsoft Office Professional Plus with no issues. Display is very good.

Love the touchscreen, love that it folds in half. Very versatile and a great upgrade from my last laptop. There is something a little off with the color but maybe i just haven't figured out how to adjust it. ::shrugs::

This is a fast, reliable computer. I haven't had it too long and still have a lot to learn, but so far I'm very pleased with it. It is light weight and the battery charge lasts for hours. After 3 or 4 hours, it still has at least 50% of its charge.

The laptop is light, fast, and has plenty of storage and ram. It was loaded with a lot of software that I was not interested in, so deleted some of it. also, the keyboard keys are very slippery. As I am used to touch typing, I find it hard to stay on track. So am using an external USB keyboard.

Very easy online step-by-step setup completed by buyer, not a store tech. Settings displayed at top of keyboard for easy access and screen adjustments. Lit-keyboard at touch. Functioning very smoothly with no detected problems, after one-month use.

Our new HP Envy laptop is excellent. It is lightning fast and works great. As other reviews have pointed out, there aren’t as many colors in the picture, but when watching movies, we don’t notice the difference. So far we are very satisfied.

This HP product is easy to manipulate even though I’m still investigating its potentials. The keyboard lights up when turned on & the size of the keys is larger than normal which adds to the ease of use with larger fingers. HP is light to carry & easily manipulated to suit the user’s need & comfort.

I purchased this laptop for a member of my family. She loves it except that it does not have enough USB ports for her. I purchased a hub for her to use and she is ok with it. She loves the ability to use a stylus with the laptop and she loves the size. Overall, this is a very nice laptop.

Love the large 15.6 inch screen, and the light weight of the laptop. At times it is slowed by the Microsoft updates wanting to crowd their way in while online. Great graphics pkg and the H10 SSD is real nice for fast boot up and data retrieval.

Super fast, back-lit keys are easy to see, fingerprint sensor to open works every time. Seamlessly have several tabs/programs open and running. Battery life and stand by time is phenomenal! (Stand by at 2 weeks now without charge and light use)

I've owned my Envy for a few weeks and am happy, no issues to date, but haven't run lots of apps yet. I like the screen, and the startup is quick. Only con is that it is a little heavier than my last computer but it also feels more substantial.

I needed a laptop to hold virtual classes and the usual web browsing. I had tried a 17" laptop but it was too big and heavy for me and this one is way better. It's pretty fast and I like the backlit keyboard and number keypad. Couple of things I don't like are that the Power button is in some random location at the top of the keyboard. It's weird placement makes me have to search for it whenever I need to turn it on. The other thing I'm not enjoying is the silver keys. Makes it hard to make out the symbols on the keys when it's all the same color. I've decided black button keys are way better. I am not a techie so I can't speak to it's specs but it works great for what I need to get done. If I had known better, I would have continued to search for a laptop with black buttons and an easy-to-find power button.

It is fast and I like the design but the only problem I had was as I was in a ring video conference and mi microphone didn’t work I don’t know what happened but after my meeting microphone works great. Anyway this is still a good computer.

I am very impressed with this computer. The ability to "turn" the computer into a tablet has been very helpful in my business. The touch screen is the best feature that I never realized I needed. The processing is very fast as well.

Fan is loud compared to other lap tops I have owned. Very fast and nice clear screen. Wish the letters on the keys had a deeper color then the rest of the key. I type well but always have to check that my hands are in the correct position before I start. Thinking about returning because of it.

Computer has excellent startup speed, very good screen clarity. Had no difficulty loading 365 software and apps run as expected. Bought it for my wife and offered to trade. :) One drawback is it has only one USB connection.
