This is a pretty good laptop for the price. The fan doesn't run as long as my other Lenovo laptop. And it also has Wi-Fi 6 so I get better wi-fi coverage in the house.

Very nice computer. I had to have it ordered it was inconvenient that i had to wait for it. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice, but he kept wanting me to buy a cheap computer. I finally let him know that money was not a problem. Just because I'm on SS everyone thinks were poor. Listen to the customer. What I wanted in a computer was expensive but worth it. the only thing i did not like about the HP Laptop was when i turned the light on to see the keys it was light and could not see the keys very well. Plus a few things stick a little. Over all I really like this HP

I received excellent personal service when I bought my Envy x360 m. I first bought another Envy which I had to take back only because the keyboard was difficult to see as it was all black and the reflection from light threw me off when typing. I exchanged it for this one, with a silver keyboard. It also has Intel Core i7 which I preferred anyway to AMD. The only thing I didn't like was something the store can do nothing about: I'll have to take both this one and my old laptop in to have everything transferred, which they said takes 2 days and I don't want to do without it for that long.

I love it! My old laptop was running so slow making it very hard to watch videos, browse the Internet, online classes and so forth. This laptop is a life saver.

Love this laptop! It is replacing a 10 year old HP laptop which was great but not any longer. Those new one is fast, light and I adore the touch screen feature.

I haven't bought a new laptop in 10 yrs and this hp has got it all. Fast, smooth and very nice looking. Took one star off as I had to by stylus separate. For the price of this laptop it should come with one.

This was purchased for my daughter as a Birthday gift. She raves about the ease of use, bright detailed screen, speed and memory. She is very pleased!

I love this computer. It works so nice. It is fast and boots up very quickly. The camera is nice for zoom also. I really recommend this laptop.

Getting used to the smaller version of the Envy as I had the 17' one previously. So far so good, just wish it had more usb ports like my bigger one.

Good laptop for regular use but felt the fan was too loud when running music dj/production program. It was an open box item so maybe that could have something do to with it.

I would be careful purchasing any HP 2-in-1 laptop. I purchased a similar model as this a few years ago and it now sits on my desk as a "tabletop" connected to a separate monitor. This is because after about a year, I simply closed it and the screws fell out of the left hinge causing the display to crack. Before you think this is due to mishandling - I never used it in the open 2-in-1 configuration, and did nothing but gently open and close it the entire time I owned it. Of course, it was just out of warranty, so I now have a very expensive piece of junk that I can use only if it decides to turn on. If it doesn't, I have to pry open the lid just enough for the ON button to work. In fact, I still have every other laptop I ever bought, ASUS, Dell - they. all. still. work. I saw another review about loose hinges.....this is about as loose as you get. Save your money and buy a Dell or anything else. This is absolutely the worst computer I've ever owned. I tried to contact HP on their website, but they have no option for email etc.... I'd give it negative stars if that was possible.

Super functional, light and easy to use. Fast processing. Great for productivity software. Great machine for the price. Lots of features and fun to use.

I was excited when I purchased this computer and even more so when it arrived. performs great, fast, efficient and everything i need for my everyday work!

This is a great laptop, superfast and loaded with features. I could not find it anywhere that available and convenient. Forget Amazon Best Buy is Best.

So far I love this computer. I use it all day for work and it has definitely done everything I need. I do wish the battery was a little better.

Easy to use and good quality, love the way it syncs with my office desktop computer. The touchscreen makes for quicker search and review of work.
