You do have to get used to the backlit keys as certain times of the day the keys are a little difficult to read whether backlit or not.

Our old HP Pavilion laptop just gave us the ‘imminent hard drive failure’ notice. Off to Best Buy we go, stressed out. We had an excellent experience at Best Buy with the sales staff. They took away our stress, were able to recover what was on the old HP hard drive and got us back up within one day with our new HP Envy. We can’t say enough about how great the service and staff were with us. Our sales person was Jacob Phillips at the Champaign store. Very good young man.
