Love this machine, lightweight, powerful, fast. I have to have a number pad, accounting days, and backlit keyboard is a nice feature.

The computer is fast and the graphics are wonderful. I love the sync with the phone. The keyboard is well lit and key touch is great.

It does all the things I expected of it. The speed and the ease of operation are both things I appreciate about the Envy.

It is FAST. It looks and feels well-built, has a touchscreen and fingerprint scanner, and sounds good. Did I mention it's fast?

Sleek thin and light weight. Touchscreen and mouse capable. Great features. Not Loaded with unwanted programs and advertisements

The thin case makes it very difficult to insert a USB connector into the USB ports, and the power cord gets in the way of one of the USB ports. Windows configuration during setup forces use of a Microsoft Account, making it difficult to use local Windows accounts when that is what you prefer. Mouse click action by rocking the touchpad is awkward; separate mouse buttons below the touchpad would be preferred.

Much better than my last computer. I like this brand. It's also a tablet. It's fast. Lots of memory. Overall, a great decision.

Laptop is perfect fast and a lot of space to save data. Also love the feature that you can use fingerprint to unlock laptop.

Fast and reliable. Im not a gamer so I'm not sure how it would handle gaming. Over all I'm satisfied with my purchase.

This replaced my other HP Envy through my service plan. The last one had a defect in the way that they manufactured the hinges so when I flipped the screen from tablet view to laptop view the hinge separated and the screen cracked. This has been addressed by HP and does not look like it will be an issue with this model. I was very pleased with the way that the Geek Squad manager in the store assisted me. I will go to Best Buy again and again for all of my electronic and appliance needs.

I love my new laptop, especially the Touch Screen. I enjoy live streaming Live TV on it as well. The picture is so clear.

Great working machine and so light! Had an old Envy laptop before this and that was about 10 pounds ds...this one is super light and a super workhorse! Love it!

I would have given five stars but for some inexplicable reason, HP DOWNgraded the camera to a lower resolution on this model compared to the what was in the same model previously. Must be because so many of the online video meeting services limit resolution to 720p to conserve on bandwidth. However, all of the other upgrades made the choice to opt for the newer model easier. This machine is very fast and stays cool and quiet under heavy use. Absolutely gorgeous screen clarity and color.

Great laptop. Lightweight and perfect for my needs. I previously had an older Dell Laptop but this runs circles around it.
