I liked everything about it until I realized it that it did not have a thunderbolt port or upgradable ram. This is important if you want to run external graphics rather than the integrated graphics or increase your ram. Once I realized it didn't have the thunderbolt port I decided to return it because that leaves no room for improving gaming experience. I did not purposely buy this laptop for gaming but at it's price there is no reason that you shouldn't be able to upgrade it to be better for gaming. Overall it felt really nice and performed well.

Love the touch screen, ease of use. I'm not Technically advanced so I can't speak to specs, but I do love it!

Replaced mu wife's 5 year old, tired laptop....and this is so much better, fast, more efficient, etc.etc.etc....

I got this as a present for someone for Christmas. He originally wanted a level below, but Best Buy had a great deal on this one. He particularly likes the speakers and the screen quality. Setup is a bit of a pain, apparently, and that has stopped him using it as quickly as he wants to, but overall he likes it! He likes the fact the keyboard has a number pad. It took us awhile to figure out how to turn it on, though, as the power button is in a rather odd place.

I had a great experience with my computer purchase at Best Buy. The salesperson was knowledgeable and able to assess my needs to identify a computer that would adequately fulfill them. He did not steer me to the most expensive computer in the store nor the cheapest however he did take his time in explaining the features of the many models available. I had not purchased a computer in many years and Best Buy was great from start to finish!

Love it, very fast processor, great touchscreen features, I love the ssd drive is fast. Got a $200 price break.
