I am using this laptop for work. I'm not running any major software on it. I use it for the Microsoft office software as well as using the google suite cloud programs like Sheets and Slides. I've had it about a month and it has been great. Quick connectivity to wireless networks at our offices and at home. Quick startup. My only concern is that I get occasional screen flicker. It will randomly flicker once or twice a day.

I felt very confident buying at Best Buy for all my tech things. I have been enjoying using my new HP laptop. It is very comfortable to type on for me. My last computer was very old and I really love using this new laptop. It is very easy to get around on. The sales person was very knowable about showing me how to get into the programs that I wanted to. I am an older lady, I think he did a good job showing me this laptop and answering my questions. I am very happy with my new laptop that I purchased from Best Buy.

Very pleased with how responsive this laptop is. Purchased as an upgrade for everyday use and photography editing with Adobe light room and photoshop. I wish it had better graphics card for some gaming elements but ehh I think it will be fine to run age of empires when it comes out lol. Def feels sturdier than previous models hoping my screen won't unhinged from the frame for no apparent reason like the old model 4 years ago.

Easy to set up and is powerful for a business. I like how the keyboard fits my big hands.

Oh my gosh.....we are loving this new HP laptop. Considering that our former HP was an i3 and this is an i7, we actually feel like we could launch a rocket with this thing. Love the backlit keyboard, love that we no longer have sticky keys, love the coloring on all of the screens so we just feel like we have died and gone to heaven. Thanks Best Buy! Our salesman certainly directed us to the correct purchase!
