The laptop i so fast an reliable is a great option i mid range price laptops

From first week of purchase, I had issues. It would skip to various sections in document, with slow processing. Overheating with the fan constantly on. Took it to Geek squard who did nothing but impliy it was the user. Their test showed nothing. It frozed and I lost an entire document three different times. Had an internal ovet the phone repair done by Geek who was unable to completely revive its black screen. It ran extremely hot, fan constantly on. Asked to take it into the store. Again, report of no issues dispite the errror messages appearing on screen. The procrssor and storage became major issues. Error message saying not enough data storage available. Freezing. And would tale up to 45 mins for down and uploads or would time out and shut down. Auto save would not save. Cord would be too hot to touch. Plus glued on rubber strips on the bottom of computer dried or melted off due to excesslve heating. Had to tape remainder on to hold in place.

I'm very pleased with my new laptop. It's everything I expected. Very fast.

I really like my new ENVY. Because it has been a while since I bought a new pc, there is a fair amount of functionality change to get used to, but I'm working through it. I'm finding that I would have liked a second USB port because I work at my desk often and I like using the mouse rather than swiping, but I'd also like to port a thumb drive at the same time. The light up keyboard has been a more useful feature than I would have expected.

This laptop has it all. It is fast, easy to use and can be used anywhere.

The HP-ENVY x360 2-in-1 is everything I was looking for in my new Laptop! I knew I wanted a Intel Core i7 processor, and at least 12GB Memory , a backlite keyboard and a camera kill switch. I was assisted by DJ Robinson and he was FANTASTIC!!! He was so helpful and informed on all the choices. And he was patient when answering all my questions! DJ was fun to work with.

Easy set up. Meets all my needs. Be convenient if they came with a case. Laptops are meant to be portable.
