Coming from using several Dell computers, I find this to be rather inconvenient. For some reason, HP computers lack an option to make the Function Keys functions (like F5 for refresh and F11 for full screen mode) the default when using those keys. Dell has separate settings within the Windows Mobility Center. The keyboard brightness also can not be set to stay on. I would have preferred dark keys instead of just the same gray as the body of the computer. For some ridiculous reason, HP has hidden the Power button within the keyboard like it is any other key, next to the Delete key. Print Screen is not a separate key and is a Function setting within the right shift key. The fingerprint feature takes the place of the right CTRL key. For the price, I would have liked at least one more USB port. Just a few years ago, the average laptop would be three or even four USB ports.

Love this computer! Has the memory I needed without excess. The speed I wanted and the flexibility is all there. I can download a large number of files, even videos, and have them available instantly. I have used it to mirror the screen on an LG and a SAMSUNG TV through Bluetooth, plus headphones or speakers and it works seamlessly.

This is a great laptop for the price. Very happy so far.

Best Router I ever got, one big problem is there are no instructions to install it. I had to turn off WIFI on the Modem. The app and Website did help on installing. I feel it should be sold for about $75 less and may have bought another Router but I needed on badly. Other than that it works really well the best Router so far.

Super fast, light weight, backlit keyboard, great display

So far I am satisfied with my purchase. Only thing that concerns me a bit is that some the keys on the keyboard seem uneven or sunken in. But they do respond when pressed so I hope it is just asthetic and no issue down the line. One thing not on the product but on best buy, after I purchased this item it wnet on sale about a week later, dropped almost 150 dollars, but I wasn't able to get a refund.

Love the sleek look and the ease of use. Best Buy loaded the anti virus before I left the store and everything else I did with ease. It even printed right to my home Epson without having to download any software. I am not a tech savy person and this laptop is probably more than I actually need but I am very pleaaed with it.

I've loved working on this computer. The only problem is that within a month of use one of the keys broke off and is apparently unfixable. We either use a different keyboard or just push the button for that letter without the key on it. Still usable but kind of disappointing that it's so fragile and not able to be fixed.

good product for price i was willing to pay. works fine should last a long time.

Very slow and laggy with a battery that lasts less than 2 hours without drastically changing the configuration to get 3 hours of battery life. Ooff.
