Its slim sleek design makes it easy for storage and carrying purposes. The only disadvantage I have found thus far is that the keyboard doesn't have a light behind it so it is a tad hard to use in the dark! Other than that I would give this laptop a 10/10 for the bang for its buck!

Best Buy comes through - Again!

I went to several different stores and just wasn't happy with what I was seeing. I looked on Best Buy's website and saw this one. I went to the store and had the sales person go over it with me. I decided to buy it and I am glad that I did. I really like it.

Great Laptop for the Price!

Great price for an Intel Core i7 11th generation processor. Very stylist and clean look, without compromising strength and durability. Only thing is, I wish it had Windows Hello facial recognition. It has a fingerprint reader which works great. Having a side number keypad is such a great additional!

New HP ENVY LAPTOP

I added the mouse since I am not comfortable with the "built in" mouse pad. Works VERY WELL. I have the geek squad protection program as any issues can arise whether at home or out and about. Thanks bestbuy!

Great laptop for college

From my conversation with her, she is enjoying it. Since everything is online, she likes the fact of being able to lock the camera from turning on, as a safety feature, without having to buy a camera cover. Great purchase for a college student.

HP Laptop

The light-up keyboard was a nice surprise and the touchscreen is a bonus feature. Lots of ports on the sides for extra attachments. Total Tech Support got Webroot set up in a flash for us so the laptop is security protected. Great value for the money.
