When I received the computer in a shipment, I was excited. Upon opening the exterior box, the inside computer box was damaged. I was happy to see when I opened the computer box the puncture through the box did not damage the computer. So far the computer is working as it should.Set up was easy.

Enjoying the touch screen. Set up by the Geek Squad was very helpful.

Very pleased with the laptop and with the Geek folk who transferred all data, photos, etc, from my old desktop CPU. Touchpad is sensitive, so will be adding a wireless keyboard and mouse to better handle my keyboarding speed and eliminate errors from accidentally touching the touchpad.

I just started back in college and needed a new computer and the HP Envy has been outstanding. I looked at so many laptops before making my decision and I’m very happy with this purchase. For the money it has the most memory and features and is very fast. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good laptop for the money. I am quite satisfied with the performance. A few things to note, however: This laptop has a built in battery, so take that into account if you're a road warrior; Once the battery is dead, you're done until you charge. Also, the laptop comes with the camera disabled, but it is just a keystroke to enable it.

It's easy to use, light weight. I like the position of the keys.

The HD screen is a must for these times when everything you do is done on a computer. Tablet-mode cuts down on having to carry large paper files for review and editing. I can highlight and annotate records on the laptop and save an electronic copy with my notes for easy reference.

Bought for my sister. She needed a speedy and reliable laptop.

Love the touch screen. It will serve my purposes very nicely.

Pretty solid laptop overall, I only had this for a short time. My wife used it while geek squad was repairing hers and she didn’t want to return it. I haven’t shopped around enough to know if it’s a good value for the money. After her current laptop takes a wrong turn I would probably replace it with the newer model envy or the nicer model

Product is great. Just need to have more than one USB port.

This computer has all of the features I was looking for. I love that it is a 2 in 1. It can be a computer or fold and part of a presentation! You can use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and not take up USB space, or wear out the USB port with taking devices in and out.

The only reason I gave it a 4 start rather than a 5 star is bc the screen is super flimsy. I had the hp pavillion x360 and that had a tough area that protected the screen how ever with thT laptop speakers went out in a year and a half after purches it. That's why I bought this one. Great picture display and large. I am happy with it

I am disappointed in the battery life (less than 3 hours) and that this computer gets very hot when in use. HOWEVER, due to having Covid and not being able to talk without coughing, I have not reached out to the Geek Squad who will probably tell me just how to fix it.

HP Envy was the right machine as recommended by the BB salesman. I struggled when I first attempted to use it. I scheduled a training session w the geek squad. Luis answered all my questions helped me set up the laptop he way I wanted it. I am very happy w my purchase.

Love the computer! Just getting started with it but so far I am very happy with it. The only thing I don’t care for is that the charging cord port is on the tight side when I was used to it on the left on my previous computer. I am sure I will adjust to it as I use it more.

A really nice laptop! Thin and lightweight enough to carry when needed. QUick boot and, is Windows 11 compatible. I'm running Windows 11 Pro and it's much quicker than the WIndows 10 that was pre-installed. HP knocked it out of the park with this one!

Reviews have been consistent with what I've seen from these laptop. The processor is incredibly fast but it runs @ 2.8 GHz rather than 4.7 as listed in the description which may be deceiving for a buyer. Brightness could be brighter but it does help to save battery.

This laptop is awesome. I love how I can cut power to the camera and/or microphone with the press of a button. The keyboard backlight is very helpful in offices with dimmed lighting. All my laptops have been HP and have always been happy with how it performs!
