the keyboard is silver/gray and the lettering is gray/blue. It is very hard to distinguish the keys. You have to really know the keyboard, have the correct light and angle to see it easily. I would rather have the keyboard without the number pad on the right. It is a duplication for me.

So far so good. This is my second Envy laptop, the SSD failed in the original one which was a Ryzen 5 model and it wasnt covered under warranty. So I spent a bit more and upgraded to this Intel 7 model with geek squad protection plan to be safe.

I returned this item when I picked it up, essentially. I decided to go with the larger, 17" screen between the time I originally ordered it and when I went to pick it up. The larger computer has pretty much all the same features, so I'll address that on the other review

Nice laptop providing a value combination of features for price…11th generation Intel Core i7, 12 GB memory, 512GB SSD, WIFI 6, HDMI and 3 USB ports. Convertible tablet for remote casual use. Thunderbolt port would be a plus.

Bought this for my Daughter . She Absolutely Loves it. She's excited about using it for her classes this February, and she hasn't put it down since she received on Christmas Day. One of the Best investments made in 2020.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad, relearning to use a computer, and this computer to a friend and have talked highly of the Geek Squad that I would not recommend anyone buying a computer unless they buy through Best Buy

Love it!! Had one just like it & the battery fried!! Thankfully I had coverage on it & was able to get it replaced. The newer one is even better than the old one!! Thanks to Geek Squad for their help & quick exchange.

Well, I've always had "hand me down" computers. This is the first computer I've bought myself, EVER! I'm am fully enjoying discovering things and all the functions of this laptop. I would HIGHLY recommend this laptop!

It's Ok. A drawback is the keyboard --faint white letters on gray keys with a gray background. It is a strain on the eyes at times. Otherwise it seems to be a descent, but over-priced computer.

Excellent; the Squad saved me.... my computer went down, would not start, and they were able to transfer all of my data to a new computer so that I could continue working. Without them I would have been lost!

Getting used to the sensitivity of the keyboard. Set up was easy and adding printer was as well. Appreciated the help of the sales person that helped me out. Only issue I have had is this week the mouse pad started sticking. Plan to have that checked out.

Bought for my daughter's birthday to replace an old one. What a major up grade. She loves it. Its great for her school work and everything else. I bought the extended warranty this time. It's worth it.

I bought this to replace an older model HP laptop. It is quite fast and very versatile. I did beef it up so that it will last for many years to come. I am very happy with my purchase.

Like the new laptop, very easy, comfortable and versatile with the touch screen feature. Only problem was the first one had an issue and had to return and replace with a new one, not fun having to set everything up again but now all okay working perfectly.

Loving everything about my new HP Envy laptop. Sleek design, love the lighted keyboard, fingerprint log on, camera has a sharp picture, and sound is great.

Great computer no problems. Fast and thin light case. I don’t think it would be a serious gamers laptop but definitely great for anything else. The best part is the great Best Buy customer service.
