I was so excited to get this Envy x360 laptop. It heats up with light usage, specially when is plugged. I had an issue during a zoom meeting. While sharing a video, my screen went black and glitched for about 20 seconds, which concerned me. Battery doesn't last more than 4 hours. I am taking it on Monday to be checked and if nothing works, I will exchange it because I really like the laptop or definitely return it and get something else. As is right now, I am not enjoying using it. It is fast. It looks so nice. It feel so nice. But those two issues make it go down on the stars.

Purchased this laptop for my son for Christmas it is exactly what he wanted and needed for college. His roommate in college had the same one. Finger scanner is a plus and a great camera for Zoom.

exchanged a previous computer for this one. Like this one much better. exchanged to get one I could turn into a pad type. I did have to pay the difference for upgrade

This laptop is tops! It is very fast, easy to use, and allows for several tabs open at the same time. It is the best computer I have had, allowing for much multi-tasking efficiently. I love it!

Great laptop. My last laptop was also an HP Envy. The price is right and the features you get are pretty good. My only regret is that I didn't have enough money to buy the 17" instead.

The Laptop is state of the Art I truly enjoy this unit I love the finger touch sensor for on and off memory control its features are a prefect fit and easily adaptable and functional.

I love this computer. I had the geek squad to transfer my data from 2 other computers to this one. The service was great. They only keep it a day. They were polite and knowledgeable.

It does what I need it to do. Fast enough for Photoshop and Illustrator. Good work computer for basic graphics work. WiFi does disconnect a lot and seems to have trouble connecting. I need to bring it in and see if it’s the card or my service.

I bought am HP computer. I got great help from the sales person. The computer is everything I need. However, I have always had Dell computers in the past. I still find them easier to use.

Best laptop I’ve ever had. It’s extremely quick and reliable. I have not had any issues with it. The quality is superior all the features are everything I’ve wanted and needed in a laptop.

Totally what I was not expecting! I can't say how much better this is than the previous laptop. I came in to return a Nitro that kept rebooting and found this in the unbox case. SCORE!

Found an awesome laptop with plenty of memory and the newest processor. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the various laptops and helped me choose the best one for me.

Good middle of the road computer. I wanted a larger screen and 2-1 and this one performs. Keyboard works well. Fan is a little noisy but so far that is the only con I have noticed.

Its been a month and I still love this laptop. Im an hp brand guy for a long time. This is my most updated so far and hope it last like my previous hps. I would recommend this Envy

My wife and I went in to get a laptop that was on sale and we wound up getting this one instead. The specs and hardware are what we were looking for and then some. We will see how well the laptop works in a year but so far so good.

I really enjoy my new laptop! It has been an excellent purchase for my family. Easy to use, self-explanatory, and much more that we are still enjoying to learn about our new laptop.

While I've only had the HP laptop for a short time, I am very pleased with it. The speakers are fantastic, the screen resolution is awesome and did I mention the processor is so fast.
