This computer is by far the best one I've had this far. I thank the sales person for answering all my questions and making the recommendation of this computer based on my needs.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I had spilled liquid on my former computer and ruined it. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful and helped me choose the perfect replacement.

This laptop was purchased for our child because the school provided chrome book was unreliable. So far the laptop has been doing well for the school assignments. It is still new and too early to give an overall rating for it.

Mousepad is ultra sensitive, regardless of settings. Some may like this, but not my preference. It could be resolved using an external mouse. Other than this, I like the computer. HP generally has quality products.

Quite a computer for the price. Been using it on ZOOM, Skype and Go-to-Meeting and works very well. Compliments on outgoing video. Highly recommend for an all around computer.

The only thing I find odd on this laptop is that the camera isn’t able of facial recognition. For this price point I would have like it to have this feature. All is is pretty good and fairly standard for what one would expect.

Excellent computer with fast Intel 7th 11th generation. Works great with external hard drive ssd preferably is best. Battery is decent. Graphics is decent for light gamers.

Does everything I need it to do. I wanted something at least as good as my work laptop, this fits the bill. Easy to operate and much faster than I was expecting. I’d recommend.

This is the second HP-ENVY I have purchased in 2020. I love both of them. The ease of use and convenience is excellent. The quality of the screen images is clear and crisp.

Took it for my brother and he loved it. Especially the 11th generation i7 processor with higher speed boost makes it a great computer. Looks and feels great. Got a good deal.

I wasn’t a fan of HP back in the day. Too much bloat ware. I have to admit I bought two of these for my high school boys and they have been great. Excellent choice!

It is just what I need. I like the fact that I can turn off the camera and sound. It is very handy because so many meetings and events are on zoom because of the pandemic.

The HP rep happened to be in the store and he explained everything to me. So I was very happy when I purchased my laptop. It has beautiful picture and seams easy to use.

Great little laptop. Boots fast, processes fast, sound is good. I have not tried the video, but assume it is good too. Good purchase but wait for it to go on sale.

has more punch to it than I thought. Able to play games like WOW with no issue and the latest patch. Loved it so much bought another 4 for the rest of the family

This is a “super” laptop! Super fast and super easy to use! Battery last for how long i use it everyday then i charge at night! So glad i purchased this laptop!

HP ENVY Laptop was purchased at the Levittown Best Buy store. Tony was very helpful in helping me to decide on which laptop to purchase. The laptop is very easy to use.

We bought this laptop for our daughter to use in college. She uses it on regular basis and has no issues so far. It fits nicely in her backpack.

Its the best laptop i love everything about it. Sometimes it have a loud fan noise but its only for a sec till the system cools down other than that it’s flawless.
