Very good product. HP has always been a great experience for me. Has everything I need and more. Recently got a DVD player to top off the computer.

It was meant to be a replacement for a laptop that had crashed. It was an incredible purchase, but returned it because we were able to fix our crashed computer.

Has been a solid laptop so far. Good midrange laptop that is running lighter video jobs with Adobe Premier and other Adobe products. Great deal on sale or open box!

Turned out to be a great computer. My husband had to change from another HP to this one, but he has the hang of it. Easy to use and the lighted key board is great.

Awesome laptop. Sleek metallic design with a seamless conversion to a tablet when needed. Good amount of storage space, flawless graphics, and so far no issues.

My last several computers have been the HP Envy. I just love everything about them. Clear display, super fast, great sound systems etc. Can't go wrong.

Seems to be working well! Wish the numbers and letters was a little larger for my big fingers. The only issue is the keyboard doesn’t say lit up have to press a key for it to come back on.

I was familiar with an HP laptop having had one previously. I am thoroughly pleased with this new laptop and love the fingerprint ID to open the computer.

Tried a Dell computer and it just did not work for me. Have always been an HP customer. Thought a change would be nice. Was wrong. Love my new computer.

for the price I expected the system to operate a higher quality Webcam but nope. Battery life is not very good. Battery drains quickly during light use.

So far, I consider the lab top to be very good. A few minor things have happened. The lighting on one game takes time to adjust. The finger id is not working. Everything else seems to work well.
