Boots up quickly, great resolution, works great. Wish it had a couple more USB ports and a CD player but I guess they are all making them like that now.

I would give the laptop that I purchased a excellent score. I only use it for work and emails. At least so far. But, it's been very easy to use. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.

This is a smooth machine. It is as advertised. I think the keys should've been better color-coordinated. Other than that, the laptop is very nice.

Still getting used to this computer as it definitely different from the Levona I had. My son, Garth, recommended the HP to me and I am gradually getting used to it. A work in progress.

This is the best laptop I've bought. Super fast, easy to set up and it doesn't come with a ton of extra junk installed that you won't ever use.

Love Best Buy, I feel like a kid in a candy store, too much good stuff to choose from. Been going there for over 15 years, customer for life :)
