    I bought it open box online while at the store in Tualatin and had it shipped to my daughter for her college course work. It got to her and box was torn up and laptop was dirty and a couple of buttons didn't work. So much for certified by the geek squad like the salesperson told me. I'm returning it this weekend. Guess open box purchases should only be bought if I can see and check the actual product in person before paying. Trust, not there.

    Like the laptop a lot and like the way it looks and feels. Seems very solid and wellbuilt. Only draw back is the 720 camera which is terrible. I just realized how bad it is since I rarely do video calls. Kind of disappointing that a $1000 high quality laptop is sold with a cheap piece of garbage of a camera. Its literally worthless in today's Zoom society so I will have to use my old ipad for that I suppose. 3.75 Stars because of the poor camera

    Works fine, has good battery. Dims when on battery. Sometimes when on broser it keeps you on the same item and won't let you get off. Nice unit.
