    The laptop now works very good, but getting it to that point was very disappointing. For some reason the internal mic didn't function with zoom. The Geek Squad installed Microsoft 365 onto my HP laptop, but when the mic didn't work it took two extra visits and a $40 service charge to get it working. It was a new computer that Best Buy sold me the laptop, completed the software installation, and set-up, yet I had to pay more to get it working properly! The fact that I had to pay extra to get a new computer working seemed bizarre to me, but I was told because I didn't buy the service plan, I would have to pay more.
