Good price. However, the one USB is too hard to insert.

works great nut wish it could fit an ethernet cord

Once we purchased the computer and attempted to load the Microsoft Office it didn't load. When we took it to Best Buy, they created a gmail email account for my wife and while it loaded the suite, she couldn't get her outlook email to work. After hours on the phone to Windstream (our email provider) it turned out that they couldn't get her email to work because of the gmail account. Now we find out that we have to wait 60 days to change to her original outlook email but the activation code we bought won't work because it is a one time use code. I feel that Best Buy should cover the cost of a new download and install it using her windstream email account. We are not happy.....

Worked well at first then a few weeks into owning the laptop, the trackpad began to have issues. It continued to lag and I did all I could to reset and configure it, but it continued to do so.

I have had nothing but trouble with this computer. I am considering returning it. Geek Squad set up was beyond poor. I have had to leave it with Geek Squad at store 3 times and have been online with Geek Squad at least 4 times and same errors and then new ones keep popping up. Can't get a straight answer as to whether it is the computer, incompetent Geek Squad employees or problems with webroot. All white letters on silver board make it almost impossible to use, have to use separate keyboard. Must slower than I expected.

Windows Software has now been corrupted 2 X after warranty expired. Otherwise works well for work. Drivers during certain updates prevented computer from booting up.

I am experiencing Black screen flickering while working.. its quiet annoying... looks like hardware failure.. I just set this laptop and start working.. and i am quite disappointed... I have to return and get a new one...

Very nice computer. Amazing sound system. Unfortunately, the one I received from the store was physically damaged on the corner. Make sure to look it over thoroughly in a well-lit area as soon as you unbox it.

I'm still getting used to the computer. Sometimes I have to click a couple of times for deleting the trash emails. I thought the computer was going to be included in the black friday sale which it was not.

Barely lasted two years. Laptops used to last 4 to 7 years minimum. Avoid!

Keyboard is a little touchy. Computer is not too heavy. Nice size keyboard. Loving it and still trying to figure it all out. Fair size screen. Wonderful sales associate.

Touch screen gave up so I had to disable it. Start up and restarts take a while but after that the laptop runs pretty fast.

I LOVED THE LAPTOPS TOUCH SCREEN, STORAGE, SPEED, SCREEN LOOK WAS CLASSY. THAT WAS UNTIL I TRIED USING IT AS YOU ABSOLUTLY CANNOT SEE THE KEYS AND IT DOESNT MATTER IF LIGHTS ARE ON OR OFF. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY MAKE THE LAPTOP WITH GRAY BASE, GRAY KEYS AND GRAY LETTER/NUMBERS??? POOR DESIGN HENSE THE LOW REVIEW SCORE. IF YOU ARE A TYPIST AND KNOW YOUR KEYS YOU WILL HONESTLY LOVE IT. I PERSONALLY HAVE O SEE THE KEYS TO TYPE. I RETURNED IT AND ON A MISSION FOR ANOTHER.... POOR BESTBUY

Mt laptop is great. Not sure the printer/scanner was the right choice for my needs. not necessarily the sales guy fault. I didnt know what i needed at the time.

Returned it because the silver keyboard made it impossible to see the keys with the office LED lighting

Unfortunately, I had to return what I thought was the perfect laptop. The Windows Operating System went crazy on this one! Just an endless loop of restarting insanity! I'm so happy that I don't have it anymore. I do not recommend it. It costs way too much money for being a dinosaur that operates with Windows! Get outta here!

It works ok but has given me issues several times. If asked would I purchase another the answer would be No.
