Do NOT ever try to write a check in best buy. I have a credit rating in the 800's but got my check denied. I have NEVER had a check bounce. Took over an hour to get transection done and had to put it on my credit card which I did not want to do. I wanted a laptop with a dvd drive. I was told they do not make those anymore. Wish I had left the store and gone somewhere else.

Waited a long time to get support. Support was good. Not much of a monitor selection for what i needed.

This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I have not had the ability to review the laptop as of yet.

Good laptop and functioned alright for first year. Barely a week after warranty was over, the screen flickered and stopped working! Now use it as a Desktop computer by hooking up to a external monitor. The touchscreen & tablet mode feature of course is totally useless

Bluetooth range is less than a foot. Extremely fast laptop boots up quick and gets really hot

This laptop wasn’t powerful enough to do video editing for me so I had to return it.

The computer is nice. I am still navigating my way around the various programs

Have not had a chance to check it out yet. Will review after I have used it some.

The only thing this laptop will let me do is use the internet. It won't recognize passwords tells me our records don't match this. Then it sends me a code in my email that won't open and only allows 3 trys to resend then locks me out for a day. So far the most disappointing laptop I have ever purchased

Solid computer, but hard to see keyboard without a light directly on it.

Waiting for Rebate 3 different employees stated about 2-3. Weeks???

It's a typical computer. Works. Powers on. Keys work.

this computer is heavy and noisy and get hot easilly

The style was really nice and fast but my laptop keep blacking out all the time and I had to keep powering it off and restarting to get it to work. I returned it before I got stock with it before the receipt expired. Will try another brand instead of Hp.

This computer worked great for 2 weeks. Then one day the computer would not turn on. What makes this so BAD is that this is the 2nd computer I bought in December. This computer was a replacement because the first computer did the same thing. For some reason the power button stopped working. The Geek Squad said that they have never seen this before. They tried to get me to purchase another one but no thanks.

It’s fan make noise when it download big files.the price is high. Same unit in Sam’s club include two years of free warranty for same price and unit.

Great computer but i keep getting the blue screen of death. Ran all updates including firmware and windows but still get blue screen if death after a few minutes of use. I am returning it.

This laptop worked great for about a month, then it started freezing for no reason. Once it started freezing it was happening more and more often. Each time I had to force a shutdown and turn back on until finally it would only work for a few minutes at a time and freeze. I ended up returning it. Everything else about it originally was great, it was fast, sound was super, and I enjoyed a full keyboard.

its almost impossible to set up face recognition, fingerprint scanner worked half the time, this pc/laptop is not worth its price.. the company seem like they spent more money on the looks and memory to keep up with the latest laptop/pc's available rather than spending it on ease of access to its latest apps, when the laptop is flipped inside out it has nothing to cover its keys for protection wow
