Attitudes of employees are REALLY BAD! I know it’s the holiday and all but the way they treat people with little or no respect is just awful! I had problems and it just working out with the employee that he said I did something to the computer as another employee walked up and says the same thing happened to his computer also! So I’m thinking it was funny that the 1 employee new exactly what was going on!! Thank you

Stay away from this and any HP products. HP product quality has declined significantly. I bought this laptop for my wife who treats all her devices gently. The hinge/frame broke after very few openings/closing. HP quoted over $400 to fix it. Best Buy quoted over $300. We will probably just buy a new laptop... not an HP!

It's not good device heat up alot and the rubber on the bottom at stand peeled off due to heating problem

Well iv already had to return the first one and the second one loooking very possible to be returned this week.

This Was a great laptop but with minimal use, the hinges snapped after 1 1/2 yrs and of course, thats not under warranty! A quick online search found thousands of complaints with the same problem. After 13+ months of normal use, the hinges snap.. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone.

Purchased 11/5/20, issues with bios update and restarts began 1/12/21 - with a “fix” on 1/14/20, then issue with infinite loop update/restart happened again on 1/25/20. I was told this is a recurring issue with this HP Envy model. Very disappointed as I have HP laptops for about 15 years and never had problems before. I’ll see how long the latest “fix” lasts.

I understand the Covid 19 problem, but paying another $200 + for service and then getting none for whatever reason is a bitter pill to swallow. I can't even keep my old email address with the new machine so I have to keep my old clunker around just for that. I live here in California with a brand new HP laptop that I never use. Best Buy has seen the last of me.

This computer keeps trying to complete updates and the motherboard stops working. It won't charge and I can't get it to power on. I haven't even had this laptop a year and now I've had to take it in for repairs twice!! Had it returned and used it for a few hours and the same issue happened. Super frustrating.

Bought my wife this laptop for Christmas. The computer did not work as advertised and had to be sent in for repairs. Couldn’t take it back due to allowable return time expired.

the laptop is good but the quality of voice is not good especially with zoom appl.

I enjoyed this laptop until one day when it was about three months old, it stopped working. It wouldn't start no matter what. I still need to return it! I was told that HP is a good company, but my Lenovo Think Book from two years ago is still plugging along, as I would expect it to.

Very upset laptop juat gave out on me less then 200 hours on it. stop charging and wont turn on, bought multiple chargers thinking that might solve problem and it did not. I would definitely not recommend this product to amyone.

Programs & data not fully transferred. 3 days after bringing it home I could not log on to the computer. A message said windows 10 cannot be located.

Terrible laptop - nothing but issues. Screen flakes out - blue screen of death. Seems to be a known issues with the "Envy" model. Certainly expected more for as much as it costs!

Too many screen issues. Purchased one and screen went black, had it replaced and the touch screen kept opening up unwanted tabs without me touching. HP Spectre much better with fixed bugs.

hinges broken 3 weeks later do not buy 2 and 1 hp. returned

Has this computer for two years and today 11/26/2022- bios died! I am so unhappy with HP and will never buy again! Beware

crashed in the 2nd week of owning. at least the geek group was able to save my pictures

lap top defective, geek squad even got me another new and and it did not work correctly ultimately had to by a dell
