Item purchased was defective. I have been using the particular brand HP for numerous years. But was very disappointed with item purchased from Best Buy.

Returned immediately had bought as a replacement for the previous model and within a handful of uses screen blacked out!

If I could give this zero stars I would. It conveniently stopped working almost to the day the warranty ran out.

Very capable laptop, love the 2 in 1 feature. I use it for graphoc desogn and the touch screen makes a HUGE difference. Being able to go back and forth from Laptop to Tablet mode is amazing.

Response time is fast and it has nice features. Easy to use like a laptop and is sturdy enough for safe travel

This was probably my best purchase as a college student. The computer was fast, smooth, and reliable. The display was beautiful, and the touchscreen feature made things easier when taking notes. Highly recommend!

I haven't had the computer long enough to know all the Bells and Whistles yet so I am still getting used to it. I like it the keys are nice and positive feeling everything is nice and fast definitely an up grade from my old computer now I wonder why I waited so long. life is to short to be waiting on an old computer !

My wife and kids have used HP ENVY x360 laptops for years and have been very happy with the performance and reliability and flexibility of these machines. I would definitely recommend it.

Powerful for for business and home computing. I love the 15.6 touch screen with clear and crisp graphics. The Wifi and Blue tooth connection is unbelievably fast with the 11th generation Intel Core i7! This computer is a great replacement for my desk top. I will definitely be the power work horse in the house.

This has been a wonderful laptop, but not even 3 years in, it's broken. The left hinge malfunctioned and now the screen is cracked and lifting. HP is aware of their faulty equipment (there's a class action). This was over $1000, so I'm very disappointed.
