My Wife loves the laptop. It's fast and has everything she needs to do her work for School and work.

The web shopping could be much easier with side by side comparisons of devices. Other than that, finding what I needed was not difficult. The drive up pick up was smooth although same day would be nice.

I am very happy with my new HP-Envy. Your saleslady was excellent in recommending this laptop and I have found that it meets my needs very well.

I would not recommend getting this laptop. I am a college student, and they told it it was the most ideal for college students. I'm here to tell you this laptop couldn't hold a charge to save it's life. It constantly randomly shuts down, and the touch pad sticks. Every single time I use it I wish I had gotten a different one. It works, but it really sucks. Don't make the same mistake I did, do NOT get this laptop.

This laptop is the most disappointing purchase I’ve made in a very long time! I don’t usually splurge on top quality so I have been so very disappointed in the constant problems we’ve had on this laptop. This laptop has been plagued with issues from the first month. Constantly requiring to sign in again to common platforms, requiring updates on drivers and devices weekly, the microphone went out during zoom class and took an entire evening to fix. Now the speakers go out at least weekly! The only thing we can do is keep updating software and pray for restart to actually come back on. BIOS is constantly updating. Something is desperately wrong! Spent about 11 hours today on support phone calls and got dropped from call at least 6 times! They completely removed everything from computer to reprogram software all over again and guess what? Speakers do not work! Again! It’s under warranty but all HP is concerned about is bugging me to extend the warranty coverage! Like give me a break! I’ve spent a fortune on this absolute piece of crap!

I have long been purchasing HP laptops. This one is the worst. I would like to return it. Don't know what happened to this company but they provide NO support even with a new device. You cannot even call to find out how to get a screen shot (of an HP error message) to provide for them without paying a fee for a brand new computer that does not work as expected. Never again will i purchase a HP laptop. Never.

Purchased this last month, hardly used it. Hinge has already popped out of place and is pushing the screen out. Will not purchase another HP computer ever again. Spent over $1000 on this and hasn’t lasted one month.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Hard drive failed after just 2 years. Lost everything.
