So much faster than my previous Dell i5 laptop. The SSD drive is quiet and fast. The graphics are great and I'm even enjoying tent mode that I wasn't expecting to use. In some lighting conditions the grey on grey keys are a little hard to read, but it hasn't been as big of an issue as I thought it would be.

I am really enjoying this laptop...5 stars! It is VERY fast, efficient. 'Easy to quickly access MS-Excel, Word, Web. I appreciate the white backlit keyboard...a "must" for me. My only issue is the rather annoying "cover" on the USB port, making access cumbersome. I highly recommend this laptop.

My wife loves it. She takes it everywhere she goes and uses it every day. She really likes how easy it is to use. She has other Samsung products and says she will continue to keep using them. She loves how fast it works and the quality of the images. Over all she gives it the most stars you can give!

The HP Envy is just awesome. Looks great and very light. Very fast computer that boots up in a hurry. Luv the touch screen, backlit keys and being able to fold it into a tablet is sweet. Makes it great for working on your computer in bed or sitting on your sofa. Totally recommend this HP Envy

Fast laptop, works great for work and school. A little on the heavy side but that was expected for a 2 in 1. Battery life is good and can last +6 hours with heavy use. Has a good display and good clarity.

I love my new HP-ENVY!! The added bonuses of finger print and facial recognition are pretty cool. I love that Alexa is built in as well. It is fast and very responsive. I knew what I wanted when I came in to the store and the gentleman who helped me was very informative. Great product!

Love my laptop! Use it for virtual teaching. No lag time--doesn't slow down even when I have multiple tabs open. Bright screen. Love the back lit keyboard. Fan can be loud but not enough to interrupt the zoom meeting. I do have it raised to keep it cool. Best lap top I have owned.

I only had this for two weeks. I was disturbed by how long, loud, and often the fan was running and could not figure out how to get it to shut down, even after I used a cooling pad. I hated typing without a ctrl key on the right side and I got stuck in replace mode and there was no insert button. It just didn't work for me.

My wife had given me this computer for my birthday and when ever I needed it she was using it. She said it was so light and easy to use she hardly used her desktop anymore. Since she was working from home, I never got to use it. So this Christmas I got her one of her own.

Harder than I expected to go back to a larger laptop. 1. Number Keypad on keyboard really has affected my ability to type easily and with accuracy. Have to move left to not hit the numbers. 2. Only has ONE USB 3.0 port. Thought it had 2. 3. Need an add-on to give me more 3.0 ports. 4. Battery life is not better. I could work several hours on my Spectre and now half that before I need the power cord. 5. Would choose the Spectre if I could go back. I didn't consider it, since it was close to $2K. 6. Nightmare to get it all back up and running. Geek Squad set it up, but messed up my connection to my email. Wasted 3 hrs on the phone with them. Called Microsoft and they fixed it in an hour. Had to go to Senior Tech support for Photoshop. I know my HP Printer well, but the HP person online totally messed up the printer and the whole setup which usually goes well, was a nightmare. This ENVY works well, but it is just too big and bulky

Love everything about this laptop! The screen is a complete upgrade from my Macbook Pro, and so much cheaper! The keys are better than my Macbook's, and I just love how large the screen is (and that it's touch screen). I wish I would've dropped Apple sooner.

Not too heavy and like the security it offers. I set this up with a fingertip to allow me to use it without a password. The touchscreen options is fabulous and seems like I am using my phone. I am able to take this laptop with me wherever I go. Fits right in my bag.

So far ver happy with product. Fast boot and overall response. No issues found so far. If I'm to say something should be reconsidered in design is the fact that keyboard letters are not very clear. Not an issue to a typing expert but to a non skilled typer.

Very light weight, keyboard is easy to use, like having a 10 key pad (last laptop didn't have one and I missed it). Like backlight keyboard but is hard to see letters/numbers when lighting is bad. Easy to turn on/off. So far so good, only had it for a couple weeks!

I am very pleased with my new HP ENVY laptop. The 15.6" touch screen is big and the keyboard is easy to maneuver. I waited a long time to get a laptop upgrade, and I feel that this was well worth the wait. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Just what we needed. The screen is amazing and shows colors vibrantly. It’s nice to have the touchscreen especially since that’s how other devices we have work. Seems durable. As noted in other reviews, it’s not lightweight but we mainly keep it at a desk anyway.

This was a replacement for a HP Envy that was in for repair @ end of first year, which then got damaged in return mail. Since I have a HP Printer, and like the look and performance of HP laptops I took a step up for this computer and bought a 2 year warranty (just in case)!! So far, I'm loving its performance, power AND looks.

these laptop are very well spec'd out. you will not find a better deal for what you are getting in this latop. they are fast, reliable, with very good sound and graphics. the touch screen and tablet mode are a huge plus for spreadsheets and inventory.

Overall its a good laptop but it has issues with web camera not being found and when it is found it starts flickering. I have tried all troubleshoots but still does not work well. I have had to restart the laptop so many times before it even finds the camera. As I am typing now the camera is still flickering and all of a sudden gave me error message(see pic). I do not see anyone complaining in the reviews about the camera so if you own this device try your camera out and let everyone else know. I can not pay this much for a device and have a problem with the camera not connecting so I will return it. (the webcam kill switch makes it even worse and I could not get an image with camera flickering because at this moment the camera cannot be found). So frustrating with attending zoom or google meetings!

Bought this as a gift for a young lady entering college. She LOVES it! It was easy to set up and has many more features than her older laptop. She is very happy with ease of use, speed of the computer, and features of the computer. I wish I had one now too.
