I’m having a little bit of difficulty getting used to the new Microsoft however I am trying to work through that sometimes I have to call the geek squad when I get totally stuck and they have been very helpful to me

Super fast and love the touch screen.. I don’t prefer HP usually but I gave it a shot. Not disappointed at all!!

Gearing up to start graduate school and this computer is perfect for what I need (which isn't much). I didn't have any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. The design is sleek and I love for portable it is.

I have only had this laptop for about 1 week but am already loving it! The ease of use and the speed of downloading is amazing. I am still learning a few of the basics it and am enjoying doing it. Thanks so much.

I use a current computer in my work and for the past 20 years I have had a string of HPs to fill that need. This is my 8th one and I will not buy anything else.

So far great laptop, beautiful design. After 1 month of use I can say that is great laptop with a beautiful and sleek design. Also sturdy design, may be this is why the laptop is not light. Is my first experience with 2in1, touch screen and active pen. I like all this features At first I was afraid of the glossy screen (I always use matte) but so far is not that bad. Anyway I would prefer matte but I didn´t see any. Battery duration is standard. Overall I´m happy with the machine

I use this computer for online classes and as well as personal use such as streaming movies and music. It serves my purpose very well. Tablet mode is nice for reading Ebooks. The only reason I don't give it five stars is the integration of mouse buttons into the touchpad. The pad itself serves as the buttons. It's okay for many things but a bit difficult with Excel. However, I will admit it could just take a little more practice and research to see if there are some tricks I'm not aware of.

The HP Envy was my first labtop I ever purchased. It was actually worth every penny. The speed on it is super fast! If I had any gripe with my HP Envy is that the bottom of the Envy two rubber placement holders that protects it from rubbing against surfaces gives away. To be fair about it, over the course of having the Envy I did let my kids use it so the care of an adult is definitely different from a childs!!!

I Iike the touch screen! I like the size! The speed of the computer is great, work fast, use it to play games as well.

There is a problem with the speakers. chatted with tech support, but they could not fix it. They said they would escalate the issue and someone from the next tech support tier would contact me, but they haven't.

Bought this for my son for college. Plenty of storage with 16G and 1 TB hard drive. Everything he needs. Great price.

Did my research and found that the HP Envy was the best fit for me. It's stylish, and although I got the larger screen the lap top is not heavy. Functionality is great and the screen resolution is amazing.

After using a MacBook for 7+ years, I felt it was time for a change. It’s very slick looking and comfortable to use. A little awkward at first adjusting to the keyboard with number pad, but that’s more a personal thing to overcome. It boots up fairly quick though it’s not SSD and pretty lightweight compared to my old MacBook. The only thing so far I don’t particularly like is the touch pad. It’s very sensitive even on the lowest settings, so a mouse was my fix for that.

I purchased this laptop for my college studies and it has surpassed my expectations. The computer is fast. I have multiple programs and internet tabs open for large assignments and the laptop never slows down. The battery life is good as well. The graphics are bright and clear. The laptop turns into a tablet which is helpful when I want to have something smaller in my hands for reading something on my screen. I really enjoy this laptop and hope it lasts a long time!

I already knew I wanted an HP. The sales staff was quite helpful in pointing out differences of the laptops. I had narrowed my search online before going to the store. So far, I am pleased with the purchase.

I’ve had this laptop for close to 2 years. It’s been absolutely awesome. I’m still enjoying using it. It’s a fairly large screen but not nearly as heavy as the one it replaced. Although I’ve only used the the tablet feature a few times, I enjoyed having the feature. As this is my first computer with a touch screen, I’m continuously reminding myself that I should have just touched it. Lol. Great product.

This laptop is very sleak and easy to carry. Display is very nice but unfortunately I got a piece which has an issue with hardware. Best Buy and HP agrees to replace it. Thanks to HP and Best Buy!!!!!

Large screen, crisp picture, high speed - it's everything one could ask for. I needed a laptop for school and I am extremely happy. My friends are jealous as they sat my laptop is better than theirs.

we haven't had the chance to try this out because it will be a Christmas present for my wife. but I am sure it will be a great upgrade to our old laptop which is still running Windows Vista, ROFL!!!!

I did an extensive search for a computer and found this computer to have all the necessary components and the value was well priced. I could not find it cheaper anywhere other than Best Buy. It is fast and is light. The applications installed are all useful. The screen is just the right size. I was going to get the bigger computer with the cd/dvd but the computer would be heavier. I chose just to buy an external drive since it’s just good to have the option.
