I am so happy with my new lap top. I bought it over the thanksgiving weekend to take advantage of to sale price. All the sales people were excellent and I was very happy that they respected my knowledge and questions. I get sick of people assuming that as a middle aged female, I am ignorant of technology. The computer itself is great. They performed my data transfer and installed office and antivirus. It was ready by Monday.

I love my new lap top. It is quick, intuitive, light weight, and has plenty of options. The screen is bright with sharp resolution, and it quickly moves from one task to the next. I wish it had more tutorials, as it offers things my past computer does not, and has things stored/renamed so there's a learning curve. (e.g. trying to figure out how to use the Bamboo pen) All things considered, I'm very happy with this computer :)

This is a really nice computer. It is fast, and I haven't had any problems with it.

Not a bad machine and about 1/2 the price of mac book pro. Boot up process takes a little longer but could have resolved that with SS drive. Excellent graphics, like the face recognition unlock (could be more consistent). Response time (after boot) is acceptable. I have been Windows guy most of life with some Apple usage. It's a preference thing. I'm enjoying the 2 in 1 functionality and nothing bad to say about this item.

It is fast and easy to use. I love the tablet option. Excellent computer

The envy laptop is easy and efficient to use. At this point I am pleased with the purchase.

Out of the box ready to use. Smooth operation and Windows 10 is easy to get the hang of.

we use this as cpu replacement and its perfectly fine! fast and reliable, no issues so far!

No issues with it so far have had it over a month runs smooth and very quiet super fast.

This Laptop was purchased as a gift and it’s the best one you can get it at such low price.

I've been over all very satisfied with this laptop. It's very thin and as an artist I love that I can convert it to a tablet, and draw on the screen (pen not included). However after just one year of owning it the hard drive did fail. I bought a $60 replacement drive and installed it but if you don't have the know how or have friends that can help, having it installed can cost up to $600.
