The HP Envy 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop is the best performing Laptop I've ever owned!

No complaints. It has worked great for me. The touch screen is awesome feature.

Even a 75 year old can figure it out. I love everything about my HP Envy computer.

This computer has served me pretty well. However, about 6 months after purchasing the screen came loose from the keyboard; had to send it to be repaired and since have noise from hearing disk. This laptop does not have CD/DVD input--I had to purchase an external. Also, it has only 2 USB ports. For the cost of this device it should have more ports and CD/DVD input.

I love this laptop! It has a nice sized screen, great speakers, and easy to use.

The screen size and resolution of this HP Envy is superb. The laptop uses Windows 10 and takes some adjustment, but is overall intuitive. I had read this before but took my chances- the screen itself is not as tight as I would prefer. Don't get me wrong- it is not faulty and loose; but I do wonder if after a year of use if the screen will be more prone to separate from the machine itself.

It is user friendly. I am enjoying being able to go from keyboard to touch screen.

I have never had a touch screen laptop before, and this laptop is excellent!

Every time I turned it on I got a message telling me the power adapter that was packaged with it was under powered and would result in slow performance. I attempted to download the windows updates typical with every new windows purchase but they failed/timed out. I got on HP chat tech support and they used remote control to update the BIOS and make the the power adapter message go away. When they looked at the log of failed update attempts they gave me a phone number that was supposed to be "tier 2" tech support. I disconnected from chat and called the number which just sent me back to the beginning of tier 1 tech support complete with the message "we are experiencing higher than average call volume please visit our website to resolve your issue". I waited for 10 minutes until I got a human to help. I gave them my case number and recounted all the steps I had already been through. They sent me to a web portal that was supposed to allow remote control but they couldn't get it to work. I told them to forget it and I hung up and returned the computer to Best Buy. Thanks HP and Best Buy for wasting most of my Saturday.
