This laptop was purchased to replace an older Toshiba. I use it for work, and pack it up and take it with from office to home, back to office, etc...The size and weight has been so much nicer! No glitches so far - loaded all of my programs easily and the battery life seems sufficient for a days worth of work.

The Best Buy Associate was very educated in the computer options and really listened to my needs . I use my computer for work and home use and I needed a computer that could accomplish all my tasks. The computer is perfect size and weight, fast in processing and all the features working nicely. Thank you!

I am not used to using Windows 10 so I am struggling a little bit with this new computer. I've always had a Dell so this takes some getting used to. I like the keyboard on this computer because I can turn on the backlighting to see better. I have no complaints at all yet. I would recommend it to a friend.

HP always deliver both in quality and style and this Laptop doesn't disappoint. The price is good and serves me well for my need. It has all the necessary port one will need for a very serious work. I will highly recommend this Laptop to anyone in need for a Laptop with beauty for a serious work.

I've put this laptop through its paces and I'm quite pleased with its performance. Fast and easy to use. The only drawback to this and most laptops these days is they no longer come with a built in cd/dvd player, so I will need to buy an external player to load older software that I have on cd's.

I wasn't sure if I would like a smaller laptop, I started with a 17 inch. I've found that I really like the smaller and lighter design. And this one is so much faster than my last, I have more time to do other things. I love it ! I also like that it is also like having an i-pad - love 2 in 1 design.

My theory in buying a new PC is "get the most memory and most powerful CPU you can afford". This doubled my memory and is a more powerful CPU, and I can really tell, especially when loading pages. I spend most of my time on the internet and doing business (MS Office) functions; not a game player.

I've had this for about a month now. I got it open-box and was a little hesitant. I will be using it for college assignments, but for now, it is working great as an everyday light use computer. I like the big screen and numerical keypad. I like this much better than past laptops I've had in the past.

I love the computer except my screen cracked on the hinge after 3 months and HP told me that wasn't covered under warranty. I clearly told them it wasn't dropped or mishandled and was willing to send pictures, but cracked screens are not a warranty issue. It clearly cracked right where the hinge was.

I have never been a big fan of HP laptops but this machine has changed my mind. They still load it with tons of bloat ware but it's easily removable. If I had to pick one shortcoming it's that the screen could be brighter. Overall though its a great machine with lots of power and a premium build.

I've had this for about 3 weeks now and I love it. This is my second HP laptop and have been very satisfied everytime. Love the writing functions and the flexible hinge. The only negative I can give is that the trackpad takes some getting used to. I ended up buying the HP Spectre Bluetooth Mouse.

I purchased this how laptop for a new project manager and almost kept it myself. Only thing is I need an optic drive so I decided to stay with mine. Eventually I'll upgrade mine. Most new laptops aren't coming with optic drives anymore so I don't consider it a negative of this computer.

Laptop arrived on time and it works good. However, subsequent to the purchase, HP has annouced faulty battery for many of its portable devices. HP Envy x365 is on the affected list. HP should automatically send replacement battery free of charge to all its customers that owns the affected devices.

Runs Civ V pretty flawlessly. I also use it when working from home, in a profession in which documents are voluminous. The ability to transition from laptop to tablet and vice versa has proven very useful, and the computer runs very well. No major issues after six months of operation.

I'm a software engineer & needed a quick machine for development that wasn't a Mac Book so I checked this model out. I am quite happy with this model, it's a little slow in the HDD area, but overall very speedy. The sound quality is better than many other laptops I've used lately.
