I upgraded this laptop to get the most from it. Ultra 4K screen resolution and 16 GB memory. The largest HD I could get was 256gb at the time I bought it. One TB would have been better. Has a media card slot and works with stylus which is nice. Battery life is good but could be more!

We have had the computer for a year, and it has worked well. Only problem has been the case covering for the screen area lost a screw and to be replaced. That didn't affect the computer, we have still been able to use it, but was a pain trying to find a replacement cover.

I am very satisfied with the computer itself but disappointed in the salesperson who talked me into a external cd drive and that they failed to advise me that I was eligible for a geek squad computer setup. as suck I did it myself and incurred the additional cost tor a transfer cable.

Bought this computer for my daughter to take back to school for her Senior year in college. This replaces a similarly speced out (not a pen computer convertible) Dell which has been nothing but trouble. This one has been reliable and fast, doing more than what she needs!

Bought this HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop after my last HP Envy's hard drive gave up the ghost. With that said, I put my last HP through many many hrs. of use. So, far this new Envy is working as expected. Will give more reviews as I spend more time with it.

Went to Best Buy looking for a Laptop . Purchased a HP laptop . Good quiality . Was helped by a rep at Best Buy very helpful and good customer service and geek squad help was on point as well . Definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone who is in search of any electronic device.

I researched extensively and chose the ENVY x360 2-in-1 because I wanted the power, features, memory & functions of a full tilt computer but also the flexibility and functionality of a tablet. This was the perfect combination and size (for me) and I have not been disappointed.

This has great specs at a glance. I mainly use it for photography and video editing however it is not suitable for bare minimum 3D gaming as I was told by the BestBuy tech people it would be good for the likes of Tekken 7.

This is an excellent machine. It looks nice, love the 2 in 1 functionality. It was worth the extra $100 to upgrade to the model with an i7 processor. Researching online, the motherboard appears to have a M.2 port, so upgrading later and adding an SSD card would be simple.

Good customer service. They allowed me to look at all the laptops available before I was ready to purchase. I was able to compare from all the different laptops to finally make a decision on the one I wanted. There was no "hard sell" so I felt comfortable asking questions.

Laptop is as lite as a tablet and can actually be used like one, 16 gig memory and 1T hardrive make it pretty powerful. Has good battery life, touchscreen and backlit keyboard equals a great laptop for dorm room. I only gave it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

I totally love my new Surface Laptop, just as I loved the last one I had. It seems like Microsoft has put together a superlative product that is a real workhorse, looks awesome, has all the bells and whistles, and has a host of features that make it a dependable tool.

The HP Envy has been the best laptop product I have purchased in the last 10 years. With a full keyboard, backlighting, and tablet functionality it pairs great with a Bamboo pen. My wife and I use it professionally and recreationally and we both love the ease of use.

I travel a lot meeting with clients and potential clients and having a computer that supports my mobile services is a necessity for me. This laptop meets my needs and keeps me connected to my clients no matter where I am.

I had to buy a larger power supply than what was furnished with the computer. Now the computer works fairly well. Startup is slower than I expected. Opening programs is similarly slower than I expected. Not recommended for gamers. Ok for personal or small business.

Awesome so far. Bought this mostly for surfing and writing. Wanted a laptop with long run time, flexibility, fast boot, decent backlit keys for typing, touch screen if needed. Checks all boxes. Screen is bright and sharp, boot is under 7 seconds

My old laptop died and went to recycle heaven. Agent spent about 10 minutes asking me what I really used my computer for before showing me different models. He noticed I wear hearing aids and then recommended the HP which I purchased and am extremely happy with.

My last computer made it 3 1/2 years. I hate transferring files and setting systems back up. It was easy to configure than ever before. Computers aren’t made to last 3 years anymore. I like the functionality and getting used to a new operating system was a breeze.

This is one of the best laptops I have ever purchased and does everything I need until the only downfall of this laptop there is no cd drive but I have a external one I can Connect to it I would recommend this laptop to anyone that is interested in a new one

I love the flexibility and ease of turning this laptop into a tablet! I've had this unit for about 2 months and love it! Very sturdy and good size. The face recognition is very fast, but does not always recognize me in different lighting. I am very pleased!
