Our Granddaughter needed a new laptop to take to college and the sales person answered all her questions and made suggestions that she was happy with. She is over joyed with the laptop and can't stop telling us how much it helps with her courses and band.

Bought this for my teenage daughter who would use this for studies , her arts aspirations and also have fun with it while gaming or showing off at cafe :) Its a mean machine with latest intel processor and specs. It looks awesome and sleek at the same time.

The hard drive in my Pavilion took a quit on me and I decided to upgrade a bit. Got back the backlit keyboard, lost the dvd, but do like the 360 aspect. It took a bit of getting used to with the set up and only 2 USB ports, but really very happy with the product.

Only complaint is that when you get set up, you get a message that the laptop came with a smart adapter cord. "The Adapter connected will power your computer, but potentially at a reduced performance level. Resource intensive tasks may cause your system not to perform at its highest lever with smaller capacity Smart AC Adapter. Please connect to a higher capacity Smart AC adapter." Why would HP sell a high performance laptop and not provide the proper cord to take full advantage of the high level performance! This is crazy to pay this kind of money for a laptop and then need to purchase a new cord to get the full power! And to make matters worse, I can't get the pop up screen to stop showing -- extremely annoying.

I am enjoying using the HP Envy laptop. Haven't capped its' full potential yet but plan to do so soon. It is sleek and full of features. It is fast and although not as light as I was hoping for, it's still fairly light in weight and easy to travel with.

Sleek modern design with a fast 8th gen Intel core i7. Love the two in one feature and so far don't have any trouble with it switching between laptop to tablet when I told screen back. A little pricey but for me and in my opinion well worth the money.

Excellent laptop with good specs but poor quality issues as I saw multiple light bleeding spots on screen and fan making loud noise even with minimal apps. Hard disk should have been ssd at this price point.

This laptop has truly reached every standard I desired in my search for the perfect laptop! Top-notch sound quality, the resolution is clear and sharp, and the exterior design itself is clean-cut and finely designed. Impeccable. I give it an A+ !

Great computer! I've had it a few days now and started having issues with start up. The computer gets shutdown completely at night, and when I hit the power button to turn it on the next day it takes forever to turn on. Otherwise it has been a great computer.

Really great laptop but has a lot of downsides like loading times and battery life. Expected better performance from this due to the i7 processor and the 16GB of RAM. Other than that, it’s a nice laptop

So happy with this purchase! I'm starting graduate school and was nervous to purchase a new laptop. This one has exceeded my expectations. The computer is fast, slim, has a nice screen with vivid colors, and has great battery life. Well worth it!

This is the first laptop I purchased from Best Buy. I like this Laptop. I used Best Buy because of the local service behind them. After dealing with a former company and being treated not so well, I decided to try them. Its been a great choice.

I purchased this laptop not knowing if I would like it , but am pleased to say very easy to setup and use .I am not disappointed at all. Easy user interface. I am so happy I purchased it .I would recommend it to anyone needing a laptop.

After owning several Cheaper Laptops I decided to move up a bit, Couldn't afford a Mac. This is 100% better than the others I've owned, So far Battery is strong, It's Faster than what I'm use to. Really like the backlit Keyboard also.

I wasn't sure how'd I'd feel about the dual laptop/tablet but I love the tablet mode. So much that I'm purchasing a touch screen monitor. This is powerful laptop with crispy graphics card. It was a great investment without a doubt!

I purchased it few weeks ago, so far, i am very satisfied. however, i wish i had known it was 1.9GHz. Not that it is an issue, I prefer 2.50Ghz for laptops. But for the purpose I need it, i am confident it will work great. Good buy.

I purchased this laptop for photo editing. I mase rhe switch from a macbook and I couldn't be happier. this laptop in my opinion was world better than the macbook I was uses to using. So happy I made the switch.
