This is my first personal notebook computer. I am very happy with it thus far. Being retired, I now have the time to explore and drill down on all the capabilities of the device. I am having some fun with it.

Overall impressed with this laptop. be advised no hardwire for network but excellent wireless. 30 dollar adapter for the usbc will give you another hdmi input a network cable jack another usb all in one.

Used DELL computers for over 10 years.Read all the reviews on the HP ENVY X 360 and took a chance and with the help of the people at Best Buy in Woodbury I made the switch what a difference from DELL at HP

It's a great laptop it comes with a lot of good programs everything that you need for a student... The only thing is I wish it would have came with a case or a bamboo pencil since the screen is a touch screen

It was very easy to set up this computer with Geek Squad help. I have been very pleased with it overall. I typically have 5-7 windows open at a time and don't have any lag time working between windows.

I purchased this computer for my son. He has stated that it’s the best computer he’s owned so far. The memory and capabilities of this computer far surpasses any other.

I had to replace my laptop when my Windows 7 computer that got me thru 4 years of college, crashed with the Windows big update. I love this computer I only wish it came with a video rendering program.

I love everything about this laptop. We are very happy with our purchase and have always bought hp brand. This laptop has alot of great features but one favorite is the backlit keyboard.

I purchased one for my oldest son who was going to college a year later I purchased another one for my other son we have not had any issues with them great product

picture is great and love the base. much more stable that the usual single stick in the middle, just be sure your table is wide enough to fit it. Like that the cable box fits perfectly underneath it.

Picked this for the number keypad on the right. Love this laptop - it's a little big if you carry it around a lot - but for stationary and infrequent transporting, a great laptop. very happy

Good until Microsoft update bricked the entire computers. Basically even a high end tech firm could not get into the boot sectors to find out what happened.

LOVE this computer, the only thing I wish I could change and haven't quite figured out yet is how to change the size of the type with in a program, screen res, and scale and layout were not the answer.

I absolutely LOVE my HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Natural Silver, I would definitely buy another when the time needed has come.

Screen is a little heavy for the hinges, wish the power button was not on the side, since it is easy to accidentally hit it, screen max brightness is not that bright, overall computer runs very fast

Purchased this to replace my aging desktop device. Very happy with the decision as it has all the power necessary to run the programs I am looking for and the convenience of a laptop/tablet.

My wife loves this laptop. It has the bigger screen so it’s a bit heavier than some laptops but it has the i7 processor and a lot of hard drive space and memory. We really like this laptop.

This tablet is perfect for home and/or office use. The dual keypad and touchscreen operations makes it extremely easy to use especially when multitasking.

I have only had the laptop a short time, works good so far. Very nice, quick start up. Responds well. Picture is crystal clear and very good. Keys feel nice to use and very easy to see.

My experience with Best Buy was great. The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful with this product. I would recommend this laptop and Best Buy to anyone purchasing a computer.
