My teenage son (who is really into technology) helped me pick this computer. It has been great so far. Obviously not as fast as a desktop but I wanted a laptop. Have had no issues so far.

Everything is good except a minor defective of rubber band on the back of laptop. It has been falling off many times because it can not stick to the plastic for a longer time.

Good, wife uses and likes. We've put it to the test and so far it has worked great, no mis fires or interruptions or unwelcome shutdown or necessity to reboot for any reason, giving an A so far.

The first one I purchased was defective. The touch screen kept ghosting on it's own. But Best Buy took it back and gave me a new one without any hassle what so ever. The new one works great!

I bought this laptop almost two years ago and it worked fine and could run programs like Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The issue was after about 6 months, the battery life became to bad that I was only getting 2-3 hours max. I bought the HP warranty and after sending it to them twice they told me the battery was in great condition. It also became very slow which is weird for a device that has the specs it does.

I didn’t need bells and whistles or anything special with this computer, just the basics. It does more, but suits my needs. I haven’t used it a lot yet, but seems to be what I need so far.

Great laptop. Super fast, and I liked that I was able to find a high performance, non-gaming laptop that did not have a solid-state hard drive so that the price remained reasonable.

The laptop was working very well in the first week. After that, it started making strange noises occasionally starting from the second week, and now the noises happen more frequently and they sound really scratchy(see my video at 00:15 for details). Could anyone from HP or BestBuy provide me with some assistance for this?

My boss, who is a windows fan, asked me to get him a good, solid machine that won’t bog down and will help him power through tasks. This machine looks great and does not disappoint!

exactly what I was looking for. Sleek, fast, light weight. My only issue is the touch screen stops working once in a while. But I only have to restart the computer to turn it back on.

Very pleased with this laptop/ tablet/ TV/ handwritten note taking device we got for our daughter to take to College. Big memory, was still light enough to carry without any issue.

Great for personal or business. Even great if you’re planning to install many softwares. Very smooth runner, little noise sometimes when multiple softwares are running at the same time

I've been wanting a HP laptop for some time now. I was finally able to find a good deal on the HP Envy, and it has everything I wanted in a laptop. So far, I have no complaints.

This laptop is a perfect size, it is not too big and not too small. The keyboard includes numerals which is great for work and home billings, main reason for buying this size of laptop.

There are so many laptops out there it can be difficult to choose but this HP his everything I wanted and performed well rigtout of the box. The salesmen helped narrow the choices!

HP Envy 360 is state of the art. Look at the screen and the computer will recognize you . Interesting features which take some time to understand however a lot better than what I had.

Daughter is on her second envy just loves it. I purchased the wrong one it was an i5 we returned it for i7 day after Christmas, No issues no problems only the extra cost. She loves it

This is a good product. I've been using it for awhile and it seems to do everything I want it to do. Sometimes it seems slow but could be the wifi connection.

My dell died and needed to replace it. I am a teacher and love to have multiple tabs opened at once. This computer really does the job. Only negative is that it is on the heavy side.

My only problem with this laptop is that it doesn't have enough ports in my opinion. Luckily there are accessories that make my issue a mute point! Very happy with the laptop!!
