    Works well responds quickly, but I didnt realize how much I needid more usb ports and a cd drive for my music discs. Now I need External hard drive to get or play my disc. Come on HP. You should think about the home customers not wanting to replace all their old CDs etc. When they need to get,a new computer. Other than that the computer works great.

    After the purchase in Jan. 2018, HP revealed its battery can cause fire due to faulty battery from its supplier. Not sure if they are going to recall it and how I can get the potential hazardous battery replaced. Best Buy as its dealer should send out notice how to get the battery replaced. This is the reason for 3 star rating for a $800 2 in 1 laptop
