Does not perform to the level they claim. Has all the bells and whistles but have problems with downloads and even just speed of use offline. Not what it was billed to be.

Had to return the 1st one after 2 weeks due to a button popping off. Runs a little slow but over all decent lap top. Feel like we did pay more than its worth

I'm still not a fan of Windows 10. It came installed with all the extra mess that you have to spend a good deal of time deleting. Once you get past that the laptop itself works very well for the graphic program I use. the tablet feature is nice. I had given this a higher rating till BB made me change the language of my rating, there were no curse words just my description of the "extra mess" on it

Bought it on Black Friday. Pleasantly surprised with this laptop. Starts up quick. Have a little trouble with the camera recognizing me, but that’s not a big issue.

Took three units before we found out what the problem was, HP had issued a service advisory for the problem and no one at Best Buy knew about the advisory.

Honestly it’s a good computer for basics like social media , online shopping and maybe Netflix , but for music and audio production , streaming , etc. heavy use it’s not the computer for that, as soon as I got the laptop the sound was weird , took it to geek squad they said it was fine and now my whole left side doesn’t have sound so if you plan on heavy use get a better well equipped computer

Good computer. I wanted to love it, but can't say that's true. I definitely like it but not sure I would buy the same one again.

Its a good laptop when you’re college student with a slim budget. Yet, it’s too wide in length that takes too much room.

I've had this over a year, and it's been great except for the power switch. The repair tech said HP Envy models like this one have a design flaw in the power switch. He knows a student whose model like mine shuts down once a month. Although the fix was $17, he suggested to never touch my power switch (and get a new computer).

I purchased this laptop for my wife, 1 week after a MS Surface book for my daughter. The laptop has an issue with an error warning regarding PS size that no-one from best buy knows anything about. I also purchased data transfer for both laptops (yes 2 x $80), which included purchase of new external drive for the transfer. Despite explicitly discussing the need to keep the transferred file separate all of my daughters files PLUS my wifes files were transferred to my wifes computer. This was corrected at pickup but it took additional time to pick up the computer (in excess of 45 additional minutes). Additionally, the new MS office was not installed as requested, and had to be done while we were waiting. It appears there were no additional issues during setup, but only time will tell.

I found this to be average - but not quite an average price. Seemed to be a bit slow on boot and loading internet. Sadly, I returned this laptop, and purchased a different brand. However, I did buy a similar HP laptop for my daughter at a sale price that is great for the money.
