Typical HP garbage. This is an after the fact reviewer anyone considering purchasing it used or refurbished. I upgraded the SSD to 2TB and upped the RAM to 32GB and an HP Pen, BUT, before I upgraded and after I upgraded (not the reason) the fan would run wild, loud and at unpredictable times, even when the laptop was idle. I record a lot of video and live capture videos, so not acceptable. I had people in the room hear it spin up on its own and they made comment asking if it was possessed! This is a *known* issue on these models. HP had no appetite to admit design and Quality Control issue either. I ended up selling it 9 months later to try to recoup some money. Nice touch screen, only positive. Last time I am wasting money on HP products.

Tried very hard to love this laptop but windows makes me sick! I like it though... nice, comfortable design, speedy and reliable processing. I’ve had it for less than 2 weeks and the battery doesn’t seem to have as much integrity as they claim. I could get 5/6 hours of video playback. But I guess that’s around average. I love the big screen and overall design with the power that comes under the hood.

Purchased this as a replacement for an older Lenovo. Wanted something with a pen capable display for signing .pdf docs using Windows Ink. Performance is good for business travel use and simple graphics tasks. Boots quickly with SS drive and display is crisp. Backlit keyboard is nice in low light and it has the number pad on the right hand side. For those wondering, it does work with the Wacom Bamboo Ink pen.

Like the touch screen and the lighted keyboard. Bought for college, seems to work fine.

This laptop has proven itself to be a useful tool for various things like work, school, and entertainment, but it still has some kinks like the fingerprint scanner stopped working after a couple of days and the screen tends to not like services like Netflix and freeze for a little bit or flash the picture if I do not give it a break. Overall, it is a good laptop and will be useful, but it's not a great laptop.

I really like my new laptop. It is light in weight. I like the touch screen and the back light.
